This house is just seven blocks to downtown and 5 blocks to the beach. The house has a unique floor plan with two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and a 3rd bedroom downstairs with its own private outside entrance, bathroom and kitchenette. Would work great for 2 couples or In laws etc...probably wouldn't work for a family with more than 2 children because the 3rd bedroom is separate. 1 Cal King bed and 2 queen beds total, Hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings and sunny windows with a greenbelt view. Fully stocked stainless steel kitchen, wireless internet, HD cable TV, DVD player and everything else you need for a fun relaxing vacation, just bring your swimsuit!
