Accommodations: House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 7-13)
Keywords: House,
Not the newest, not the flashiest, not even the nicest house available on the lake. However, we are renovating it top to bottom. New plumbing, new floors, soon to have more sleeping areas! The musty smell is gone for good as we've replaced all the subflooring.
However, Martin's Cove is still the original and still the best when it comes to getting away from the ordinary and back to the fundamentals, and still the best value!
We have chosen not to provide plush furnishings from the beginning. No flat screen TVs, just good, comfortable, functional furnishings, a full kitchen with everything provided (momma will be pleased), and a relaxing atmosphere.
We would rather see you get the family out on the lake, creating memories that will last a lifetime, than sitting around in front of the tube or shooting pool in the basement!
Bring your catch home and grill it up for dinner while dining on the HUGE upper or lower decks. Sit around playing board games or card games and sharing stories about the days' triumphs and tribulations!
There's always the one that got away and this is where those stories start, especially for the kids!
We provide a Jon Boat, battery, and charger included in any rental. Catch a mess of crappie in the nearby "stick ups" on the creek (lifejackets from infant up to most sizes provided).
We also provide a boat ramp as well as electric power at the trailer area if you want to bring your own craft to venture further out into the river. Tournament accomodations are also welcome and closed slip space can be made available!
We know times are tough, which is why we are priced to please any budget. Bring the family for an experience they are sure to never forget! Just 1 mile across from Okomo and 5 miles downstream from Paradise Point marina and 5 upstream from Bozo's.
The dock doubles as a fishing pier during the day then a stargazing spectacular platform at night. On moonless nights, the Milky Way will literally light the sky enough to see what is going on for night fishing!
You'll see stars maybe like you have never seen before! The fire area is also sure to be a hit...just bring a saw and the marshmallows!
Friendly, clean, not flashy, fun for the entire family! Won't you come join us "down at the river" for some family memories?
