The new Beach Club and Island House with renovated, zero entry pools, stunning oceanside bar and grill with sweeping 180 degree views of Pelican Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, fine and casual dining and club house for Seabrook's two award winning golf courses are all just steps away from our beautiful villa. Pelican Beach with it's glorious sunset and wide, sandy beaches is also less than 5 minute walk from our Spinnaker. The new Palmetto Lake Community Center located near the Seabrook gate with its indoor pool, snack bar, fitness center and lake activities will also be available to our island guests. Our spacious and well appointed villa has been awarded a Gold rating by Resortquest, our local property manager. This is resort style living at its best and all of it will be available to you as our guest. SEABROOK ISLAND CLUB AMENITY CARDS WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR USE DURING YOUR STAY.

You will find upgrades and stylish touches throughout the villa. All furnishings and appliances are continuously remodeled and updated. The villa has a low country feel with a scenic view from the screened porch and floor to ceiling windows in the kitchen, bedrooms and main living area.

On the main level you will find a kitchen with breakfast area and separate full size laundry room, a dining room with seating for eight, a screened porch, a two-story living room comfortably appointed with two sofas (one contains a sofa bed), chair and ottoman, a 27-inch TV and DVD player, a full bath, and the master bedroom. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed with designer bedding, sitting area, two closets, and flat panel TV which is wall mounted. There is also a deck off the master bedroom and kitchen. WIFI ACCESS IS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT the villa so you can log into the internet from your laptop.

On the second level, you will find a full bathroom, one bedroom with twin beds, and one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and TV/DVD. The queen-size bedroom has a deck with sitting area. Both rooms have ample storage space. There are two-inch, horizontal, wood blinds throughout the villa. The floor coverings consist of Berber carpet and ceramic tile.

Our villa provides you with a full membership to the private Seabrook Island Club. The amenity cards you will receive at no additional charge will allow you to utilize the Ocean Winds and Robert Trent Jones designed Crooked Oaks golf courses, Racquet Club with clay courts, Beach Club and Island House with resort style swimming pools, ocean side restaurants, and other resort amenities, Equestrian Center and Community Center. Golf packages are available, and usage fees may apply for golf, tennis, equestrian and other activities. You will also enjoy near perfect, year-round weather, 3 miles of beautiful, uncrowded beaches, ample places for biking on the island's private roads, fishing, crabbing and alligator and dolphin sightings.

Seabrook is located just one mile from Kiawah Island, Freshfields Marketplace, an island style shopping and dining complex, and is a 30 minute drive to historic Charleston.

Rates Include Amenity Cards. Stays of over 4 days include Cleaning Fee.
Otherwise cleaning fee is $158. Rates subject to 10.5 % SC tax.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days. Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Why the Owner Chose Spinnaker Beachhouses

There is no other oceanside community that compares to Seabrook Island. With it's private beaches, golf, tennis, equestrian center and crabbing dock, there is something for everyone at Seabrook. The new Beach Club and Lake House scheduled to open in 2009 will add beachfront pools, oceanside dining and indoor pool and fitness center to the many amenities on the island.

Even though we live in Charlotte, our family found out about Seabrook Island from my sister who lives in Boston. It was a well kept secret back then, and it is still the Charleston area's hidden jewel for pristine, uncrowded beaches and country club amenities in a private island atmosphere.
