Our Spinnaker Beach villa is just steps from Pelican Beach and the Seabrook Island Club beach club! Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation from our renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, granite and tile backsplash, from one of the many decks or screened porch or from the open living area with scenic views of palm trees and deer roaming the island.
Take advantage of the Seabrook Island Club's multimillion dollar recently renovated, low country Beach Club from our desginer decorated and pristine three bedroom Spinnaker villa! The Beach Club and Island House with zero entry pools, stunning oceanside bar and grill with sweeping 180 degree views of Pelican Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, fine and casual dining and club house for Seabrook's two award winning golf courses are all just steps away from our beautiful villa.
Pelican Beach with it's glorious sunset and wide, sandy beaches is also less than 5 minute walk from our Spinnaker. The Lake House located near the Seabrook gate with its indoor pool, fitness center and lake activities will also be available to our island guests. This is resort style living at its best and all of it will be available to you as our guest. You will also enjoy local, professional property management through ResortQuest.
You will find upgrades and stylish touches throughout the villa. All furnishings and appliances are continuously remodeled and updated. The villa has a low country feel with a scenic view from the screened porch and floor to ceiling windows in the kitchen, bedrooms and main living area.
The main level contains an eat-in kitchen, separate full size laundry room, a dining room with seating for eight, a screened porch, a two-story living room comfortably appointed with two sofas (one contains a sofa bed), chair and ottoman, an HDTV and DVD player, a full bath, and the master bedroom. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed with designer bedding, sitting area, spacious closets, and a wall mounted, flat panel TV . There is also a deck off the master bedroom and kitchen. WIFI ACCESS IS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT the villa so you can log into the internet from your laptop or other wireless device.
The second level has a full bathroom, a bedroom with twin beds, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and TV/DVD. The queen-size bedroom has a deck with sitting area. Both rooms have ample storage space. There are horizontal wood blinds throughout the villa. The floor coverings consist of wood, area rugs and ceramic tile.
Our villa provides you with AMENITY CARDS AT NO ADDITONAL COST so that you can enjoy the private Seabrook Island Club. The amenity cards you will receive will allow you to utilize the Ocean Winds and Robert Trent Jones designed Crooked Oaks golf courses, Racquet Club with clay courts, Beach Club and Island House with resort style swimming pools, ocean side restaurants, and other resort amenities, Equestrian Center and Community Center. Golf packages are available, and usage fees may apply for golf, tennis, equestrian and other activities. You will also enjoy near perfect, year-round weather, 3 miles of beautiful, uncrowded beaches, ample places for biking on the island's private roads, fishing, crabbing and alligator and dolphin sightings.
Seabrook is located just one mile from Kiawah Island, Freshfields Marketplace, an island style shopping and dining complex, and is a 30 minute drive to historic Charleston.

This charming villa is in the very best location...truly a 5 min. walk to the beach and easy walk to the Island Club whether you walked along the road or along the beach...well, provided the tide was out. It was clean and well maintained and the owner and housekeeping staff were responsive to all questions and requests. Having the Amenity Card to the Island club pools and restaurants was a big plus. The staff was helpful and friendly and the food at the Club terrific. Having access to the club's sunbathing deck and pools at the water's edge was great. We also ate at Chez Fish on the road into Seabrook and that was excellent too. Try the she-crab soup! I definitely recommend this villa....thanks Liz for everything!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Six of us rented this house for a friend's wedding at the Seabrook Beach club, and it was terrific! The owner, Liz, is very helpful and communicative, and the house is clean and well maintained, with tasteful beach house decor. The layout of the main room of the condo is open and spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows look out onto a peaceful woodsy view. The weather didn't cooperate the first day, but we found hanging out in the house very comfortable. And when it did shape up, we ran on the gorgeous beach (which can be accessed very close to the condo), had our morning coffee on one of the multiple porches, and walked over to the pool at the Seabrook club (where there are separate adult & kid pools and they make delicious pina coladas). I would definitely recommend staying here, and if we ever find ourselves in Seabrook Island again, we'll be back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We are aleady thinking about next year after this wonderful week. My husband & I vacationed with our 5 children ages 3-13. The new Beach Club was enjoyed by all. We participated in several of the activities at the Beach Club. We were able to walk to the sound within 5 minutes. The kids found lots of hermit crabs and sand dollars, plus we caught 5 blue crabs! We saw deer everywhere around the villa and on the beach. The accomodations were perfect for us ane we hope to return soon.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

About the owner: Even though we live in Charlotte, our family found out about Seabrook Island from my sister who lives in Boston. It was a well kept secret back then, and it is still the Charleston area's hidden jewel for pristine, uncrowded beaches and country club amenities in a private island atmosphere. Here, our family poses for a photo after enjoying a Thanksgiving feast in the Palmetto Room at the Seabrook Island Club.

There is no other oceanside community that compares to Seabrook Island. With it's private beaches, golf, tennis, equestrian center and crabbing dock, there is something for everyone at Seabrook.
