About 1000 square feet, it consists of a double queen size bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds that, on request, can become double a queen size bed, a bathroom with bathtub/shower, a small dining/living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The kitchen's equipped with oven, frigo/freezer, kettle, blender, lemon squeezer and all necessary appliances.
The apartment has original old tiled floor, independent heating system, air conditioning, continuous hot water, note book and WiFi fast internet connection, ceiling fan, hairdryer.
It's located on the first floor of a very decent old building with elevator, at via Labicana n °50, just 50 feet from the Coliseum and you can see it from the window. If you visited some website map and inserted the address you could have the correct idea about its excellent location.
From there the most important historical sights can be reached with a short walk.
Of course that place has an excellent connection with public transportation and a few steps there are Metro Station to go everywhere in a few minutes.
That’s very central area and in there you could find all kind of shops (good restaurants, pizzeria, coffee bar, supermarkets, open market for fruits and vegetables, pharmacy, bank, etc) and everything you need.
