Hilton Head, Hampton Place, just south of the Hilton Hotel is a oceanfront complex offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom villas. Most floor plans will provide beautiful ocean views from almost every room, including the kitchen and living areas. Luxuriously crafted, the villas feature full kitchens, open living areas, and master baths with large spa tubs and marble showers. The open, park-like setting features a pool area and pavilion, spa tub and barbecue area, children's pool, gazebo and deck, boardwalk to the beach, and bike paths that connect to the many other amenities of Palmetto Dunes.
This is a beautifully decorated fourth floor oceanfront villa with spectacular views. The kitchen has updated appliances and a counter with three barstools for a convenient eating area. The laundry room is off the kitchen with a full-size washer/dryer. The dining area is off the kitchen and has a table that seats six. The living area opens to the dining and kitchen area and features wonderful ocean views. The living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, bench and chair and an armoire with TV/VCR/DVD. There are doors to the oceanfront balcony off the living room.
The master bedroom has a king bed, a TV and great ocean views. The master bedroom has a private spacious master bathroom with a tile floor, double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom features include a king bed, TV/VCR and sliding doors to the oceanfront balcony. The guest bedroom has a private bathroom with tile floors and bathtub/shower combination.
The oceanfront deck has a lounge chair and a small table and two chairs. This villa is wonderfully appointed and has everything you need for a luxurious vacation. Wireless DSL available at no additional charge.
