SUMMERHAVEN has one of the nicest private sand beaches in all of Door County. A permanent dock can hold up to a 30 foot boat with water depths of five feet at its end. The property includes a kayak and row boat for your enjoyment.
Located at the south end of Ellison Bay this property is close enough for a walk to town for shopping, dining and groceries.
SUMMERHAVEN is comprised of two separate cottages, which are rented as one property (they cannot not be rented individually). Both have full kitchens, at least one full bathroom, 42 inch HD flat screen TV's, satellite, DVD, and a fireplace.
