Welcome! Thank you for dropping by Bldg A-246. Come in and take a few minutes to look around. Let me take you on a short tour. When it is over, hopefully, you will have decided to come and stay awhile...a week or two or more!
Place the keys on the small table that greets you at the door.
Take a quick glance into the mirror on the wall there. You made it! Drop some of your luggage in the bedroom just to your right. Welcome Home! You can also store some things under the bunk beds that are to your left.
OK, its been a long ride. Someone's next stop will be the washroom that is through the door and to the right. By the way, that door seperates the bedroom/bunk area from the kitchen/living area when you need to do that. You know those times; your spouse, your friend or parents are asleep, and you are still up just relishing in the fact that you are here.
Go directly to the kitchen/living area. While someone quickly deposits the juice, soda and water into the fridge (and maybe that half-eaten burger that you'll ultimately toss) go straight to the sliding glass door. Open it. What do you see? If it is a sunny day, which most times it will be, look to your left to see the magnificent ocean! Fall in love all over again! If you have arrived at night, realign your senses...hear the ocean's hum, smell the spring, summer or fall air, feel the warmth...you are here and it's going to be a wonderful week or two or more!
Whether you decide to improvise a snack or prepare a gourmet meal, the fully-equipped kitchen will delight you.
The second-floor balcony is a wonderful place to share that morning cup of coffee or engage in those insightful late-night conversations. The soft background hum of the ocean soothes and rejuvenates. Relax and enjoy!
All bookings must be pre-paid. This can be done at a one-time payment or by making monthly installments. We want this to be 'easy'!!!

Wonderful place to stay, and right down the boardwalk to the beach. Hilton Head Island is fairly busy, but this resort is nice and relaxed. The beach was nicely populated, but not too full. The ocean was beautiful. We went to a few local attractions (I highly recommend the Flamingo Donut Cafe if you can find it), but my kids' favorite by far was walking down and playing at the ocean. The condo was comfortable and stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of towels, which was great. There were also sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs in the closet that we all enjoyed. I highly recommend this great condo at a great price!
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had an excellent time at Annette's Beach House. We were so close to both the pool and the beach --which was a major relief being pregnant. We didn't cook in as much as we had planned to because we wanted to try so much of the excellent seafood on the Island. But the villa was definitely stocked with everything needed in the kitchen! Annette provided us with a lot of information prior to our trip so we had alreday planned out the things we wanted to do and the places we wanted to visit. We definitely plan to return to Hilton Head in the future and book with Annette again!

This was the note that George and Donna included in the envelope when they returned the keys: They vacationed June 22-25th. We are back home and wish we could turn around and go right back. We parked the car and never used it once. We rode the bikes everyday and everywhere. What a joy! On the top of our list were the homey touches of your "Beach" house. We enjoyed our stay at Annette's Beach House. She sent us a lot of helpful information that really helped. Having young children, we really enjoyed being close to the beach and having a pool. The kids enjoyed playing in the preschool play area in the mall. We went there a few times just to get out of the heat. Kids enjoyed seeing the light house in Harbor Town and looking at boats at Shelter Cove. There was plenty to keeps to do, but not enough time! May be we'll get to come back when the kids are a litte older. Thanks Annette

Thanks Annette for a wonderful week in your villa.You have everything there that we could have possibly needed.The boogie boards were a major hit with our kids!The ocean was great...we had 2 dolphins swim right past us.That was really neat.We visited nearby Tybee Island which is absolutely beautiful and spent an evening in Savannah.We went on a Haunted tour of Savannah which was really cool.There is so much to do in HH that we have decided to stay 2 weeks next year! Thanks again Annette for everything.You have truly been there every step of the way!I feel as if I have made a new friend!!Thanks again for all of your advice and for going the extra mile with everything that you do.I will definately talk to you again next year...if not sooner! We enjoyed our stay at Annette's Beach House. Our stay was for 4 months January through April. The weather has been great. It provides the comforts of home, so don't forget your videos, CDs and DVDs for home entertainment. It was well-equipped with everything to make our stay more enjoyable. It's easy to find and very accessible to the beach, restaurants and other area attractions. There is also a children's playground and plenty of tennis courts along with a large pool, outdoor grill and has restaurant and oyster bar on the premises. Most important was the hospitality Annette displayed. Throughout our entire stay there, she was very responsive to our inquiries.
