Accommodations:  Condominium, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath (Sleeps 4-6)

This is a very difficult time in our country's history, and it will take effort from everyone to make things better. Many will not be able to take vacations this year because they have either lost employment or for some other extenuating circumstance. For others, things are tight. They are keeping a finger on the economic pulse of America but will still be making conservative plans. After all, with the stresses of everyday life, we need it still!!

We would like to join in and do my part. For those who can afford a vacation this year, allow me to make it more attractive to enjoy the beach! We are "slashing" summer rates by $150 from 2008 rates, and we are deeply discounting other weeks!

All weeks, June through August are $550! This is the rate that I charged 5 years ago when we first began advertising on VRBO!

Below are 2008 rates:

Jan-Mar .. $65/nt $350/wk $650/mo
April .. $75/nt $450/wk
May .. $85/nt $550/wk
June-Aug.. $700/wk (7 day minimum Sat to Sat only)(August/$600/wk)
Sep .. $75/nt $450/wk
Oct-Dec .. $65/nt $350/wk .. $650/mo
3 night minimum rental. $65 cleaning fee.

2009 Rates:

Jan - March will be $50/night (5 night minimum). The weekly rate is now $300 and monthly is $600. Please add $65 departure cleaning fee and 11% SC accommodations tax.

April is $60/night (3 night minimum) including Easter week. The weekly rate is $400. Please add $65 cleaning fee and 11% SC accommodations tax.

May's nightly rate is $70/night (3 night minimum). The weekly rate is $450. Please add $65 cleaning fee and 11% SC accommodations tax.


Again, enjoy June - August at $550/week plus cleaning and taxes!
Total rental is $675.50

All bookings should be pre-paid. This can be done at a one-time payment or by making monthly installments. We want this to be 'easy'!!!

  • We had an excellent time at Annette's Beach House. We were so close to both the pool and the beach --which was a major relief being pregnant. We didn't cook in as much as we had planned to because we wanted to try so much of the excellent seafood on the Island. But the villa was definitely stocked with everything needed in the kitchen! Annette provided us with a lot of information prior to our trip so we had alreday planned out the things we wanted to do and the places we wanted to visit. We definitely plan to return to Hilton Head in the future and book with Annette again!

    This was the note that George and Donna included in the envelope when they returned the keys: They vacationed June 22-25th. We are back home and wish we could turn around and go right back. We parked the car and never used it once. We rode the bikes everyday and everywhere. What a joy! On the top of our list were the homey touches of your "Beach" house.   • We enjoyed our stay at Annette's Beach House. She sent us a lot of helpful information that really helped. Having young children, we really enjoyed being close to the beach and having a pool. The kids enjoyed playing in the preschool play area in the mall. We went there a few times just to get out of the heat. Kids enjoyed seeing the light house in Harbor Town and looking at boats at Shelter Cove. There was plenty to keeps to do, but not enough time! May be we'll get to come back when the kids are a litte older. Thanks Annette

  • Thanks Annette for a wonderful week in your villa.You have everything there that we could have possibly needed.The boogie boards were a major hit with our kids!The ocean was great...we had 2 dolphins swim right past us.That was really neat.We visited nearby Tybee Island which is absolutely beautiful and spent an evening in Savannah.We went on a Haunted tour of Savannah which was really cool.There is so much to do in HH that we have decided to stay 2 weeks next year! Thanks again Annette for everything.You have truly been there every step of the way!I feel as if I have made a new friend!!Thanks again for all of your advice and for going the extra mile with everything that you do.I will definately talk to you again next year...if not sooner!   • We enjoyed our stay at Annette's Beach House. Our stay was for 4 months January through April. The weather has been great. It provides the comforts of home, so don't forget your videos, CDs and DVDs for home entertainment. It was well-equipped with everything to make our stay more enjoyable. It's easy to find and very accessible to the beach, restaurants and other area attractions. There is also a children's playground and plenty of tennis courts along with a large pool, outdoor grill and has restaurant and oyster bar on the premises. Most important was the hospitality Annette displayed. Throughout our entire stay there, she was very responsive to our inquiries.

  • We stayed in Annette's condo over Memorial Day weekend. We had a wonderful time. You can rent bikes right on site and keep them overnight. We biked all over the island. The restaurants right on site are really good. The beach and pool are readily accessable. Loved the tiki hut right by the pool. The condo is decorated really cute. Annette has thought of everything including a TV in the master bedroom. She was great to work with and gave us a lot of tips for our stay!! Thanks again, Phil and Ellen
