  This bungalow was just the right size. Most rentals are huge so finding a rental for just my wife and I along with our four-legged friend was a challenge. I was looking for something close to the beach but in a not so busy area. The Bungalows at Seagrove fit the bill perfectly. Close to a number of great restaurants, the beach and not too far from either Panama City Beach or Destin. We spent a lot of time riding our rented bikes on the bike path all along 35-A. We couldn't have found a better spot. Our bungalow was neat and well furnished. The pools were a bit chilly in April but we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the beautiful white sand beach mere blocks away. We found exactly what we were looking for.

  We had a nice time and enjoyed the stay at the bungalow. It was clean and simple, had everything you could really need, close to the beach, get location (between Rosemary and Seaside) and having pet friendly neighbors was a bonus! I just wish they had somewhere to sit outside... The unpstairs furniture was kind of rusty, just some chairs on the downstairs patio would be a great touch for those of us who would rather be outside!! I hope to come back soon, thanks for being pet lovers!

  We rented this bungalow to be near the beach and friends in Watercolor, Seaside and Seacrest Beach. It met all of our expectations and is a great location. A five minute walk to the beach and 30 minutes walk to Seaside. The bungalow was clean and comfortable. We didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed to have everything needed to prepare meals. Our daughter made use of the hot tub on a couple of occasions and gave it two thumbs up!

  We had a great stay at the Bungalows. Unfortunately, it was too cold to enjoy the beach, so we took advantage of the great shopping and restaurants in the area. The bungalow was well stocked with most kitchen utensils we needed to cook, and there was even laundry detergent and dishwasher soap available. It was so nice to not have to go out to the store on the day we arrived because everything was there. We enjoyed the hot tub every night. It was just what the doctor ordered. The bungalow was very clean- a major plus!! One concern I did want to mention was the electronic equipment in the living room. Of course we did not waste our time watching TV, but we did want to watch a movie one night, and the equipment was a little confusing to figure out. Maybe instructions could accompany the equipment to help renters out. Overall, we really did enjoy our stay in the quaint bungalow. Great place to be when you need some relaxation! Thank you for opening your home to us!

  Our stay at the bungalows was fabulous. Only 2 blocks from the beach and just steps from the pool, you couldn't ask for anything better. Joni..., Alice and Mollie thank you for allowing them to have a vacation too. ;-). We'll be back again next year.

  The Bungalow was just the same as it was 2 years ago when we last stayed there. It has been maintained in excellent condition. We love the close proximaty to the main pool and the easy walk to the beach. We have stayed in 2 other Bungalows in the last 5 years, but yours is by far our favorite. We will be back again next year. Thanks.

  Loved the neighborhood and super location of bungalow! Perfect distance to pool and quick walk to beach. Very quiet at night too. Only minor complaint is that some staples were required for us to purchase that we weren't aware of (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, dish scrubber, etc.). A day or two of supplies were there, but we had to go and purchase the rest. No big deal overall, just didn't know about it. Great spot for families!

  Was so nice and relaxed,everything works perfect,the beds are so confortable,the kitchen is full of all we need,I cooked every day even baked a cake,was my hubbie birthday,is very close to the pool and hot tub,we rode bikes everywhere!! Thank you so much Joni for sharing your house with us!!

  We had a wonderful couples retreat. The house had every comfort you will need during your stay. The bed was so comfortable, the sheets extremely soft and plush. It was hard to get out of bed! The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the pool and spa are quiet and uncrowned. We visit 30A every year, and this was one of our favorite visits.

  Perfect property! Shows pride in ownership. Very comfortable in all regards. Well stocked kitchen. Great floor plan. Wonderful complex with pool(s) and hot tub. Have already recommended to friends since arriving home.

  Great stay at the Bungalows. Unit was very nice. One small concern was immediately addresses by the property manager. Would stay again. We didn't want to leave!

  House was stocked with necessities and small propane grill was nice to have for late night cookout. House was clean for a pet friendly unit. Pool was a bonus and is right out the front door. Quick bike ride or walk to beach, but Tom Thumb traffic not very considerate. Great location for biking to dinner, shopping, coffee, etc. We did not use our vehicle at all!

  Everything as expected and described, the home was clean and close to the beach. The kids had a blast as we all enjoyed the area. Pool was nice complete with hot tub. The bugalows were very peaceful compared to some of the others in the area considering it was spring break.

  We enjoyed our stay tremendously! The location of the pool is ideal. The beds were so, so comfortable. In fact, I was a little disappointed when I returned home to my own bed and realized it's not as comfortable! The decor in the house is perfect. There were many added benefits, such as: tv's in each room, surround sound for the large tv, large choice of DVD's, gaming system, and plenty of games. The location of the unit is perfect. We spent a day in Panama City, a day in Destin, and a day in Sandestin. The area is simply beautiful. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

  What a wonderful unit to stay in, loved the bigscreen and movies and playstation for one day it was stormy. the beach was a little cool this time of year but the sun was warm. Nice get away! We will be back next year for sure.!
