Splash is a 3 year old Ocean Front Luxury Resort located on 400 feet of pure white sugar sand beach at the west end of Panama City Beach.
The complex was completed in November 2007 and offers a vast array of activities in addition to just relaxing and taking time to smell the roses. Make your reservations now for the upcoming spring and summer season. The spring and summer always fill up early and a number of guest had to be turned away last year. Suggest you make your reservations early.
You are very close to the new 87 acre Pier Park which offers a vast array of shopping, boutiques and eating options. FLORIDA TRAVEL AND LIFE MAGAZINE PLACED SPLASH ON ITS LIST OF THE TOP 15 NEW BEACH RESORTS IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA.
We have a beautifully decorated condo located on the 2nd floor of the East tower. We are close to the elevators and the stairs which makes it easy to get up and from the condo. You can watch the dolphins play or check out the activities at the pool all from the oversized balcony. Enjoy the "lazy river", water park environment, kid's pool park, arcade and poolside bar/grill or just enjoy gazing at the emerald green water.
Our unit is 1076 SF with a Master Bedroom that opens directly onto the balcony. We take maticuluatus care of our unit. We are continually updating furniture and appliances to ensure you will always have a clean and fully functioning condo. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with a 32" LCD HDTV. The living room has a surround sound system and a 42" LCD HDTV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with TV. All rooms have a DVD player for watching your favorite movie.
Beautiful tile floors compliment the maple cabinets and granite countertops throughout. The unit offers all items needed to prepare a 4-course meal or just to blend up a pitcher of Margaritas.
The Washer/Dryer is located in the unit. There is plenty of storage in closets, nightstands and armoires. Hairdryer furnished.

We decide to purchase at Splash because of the remarkable location and unique offerings Sterling Resorts offers the community. Splash is very close to Pier Park one of the country's premier shoping and entertain malls.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The unit has ceramic tile throughout. It is professionally decorated and was repainted in Jan 2011. We also personally completed a deep clean that will ensure a truly new looking unit. We have a book listing all of our favorite restaurants along with mapquest directions to each of our recommedations. We utilize Sterling the on-site rental managers so you check in on-site and they will assist if you have any issue while staying in our unit.

My husband and I grew up in Indiana, but we LOVE the ocean. Ever since we got married (26 years ago), we've been going back to vacation as often as we can. We found Panama City to be the perfect place to take the kids or to retire some day. We would love to live in Panama City, near the ocean, permanently in the future. There was no question, we had to invest in Splash at Panama City. We understand the importantance of providing a top quality unit that is always clean and fully functional. We spend a lot of money on upgrades to ensure our guess that they have only the best.

LOVED your condo! We have stayed at LOTS of condos in PCB and even others at Splash and yours by FAR was the nicest!! Love the decor and it really felt like home. We will continue to stay at Splash. Love the ammenties for children, the store right across the street and the grill poolside! Hope to stay with you again :)
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Your condo was the nicest condo that we have ever stayed in. The view is nothing less than fabulous and is just as the pictures show on your VRBO listing. We would highly recommend your unit to any one wanting to stay on the ocean in PCB. The water park for the children kept them entertained all day long.
