Nestled behind a building to block the sounds from Gulf Blvd our Gulf front home offers serenity, peace and quiet enjoyment of nature. Dolphins pass by in the Gulf while Pelican, Osprey, Great Blue Herons and other bird species entertain you from our beach, lawn or one of 2 private decks.
Over 2000 sq. ft. of luxurious beach front privacy. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, tastefully decorated in beach like colors. The creamy chiffon master suite, with private sunset viewing balcony and the happy orangey guest room with private bath are both both on the top floor along with the washer and dryer. The floors are custom dark stained hardwood and the master bath features jacuzzi tub and a heavenly king size sleep number bed.
On the 2nd floor is the third bedroom, lime green with full bath outside the door. Also on the 2nd floor is the chef's kitchen with sub zero fridge, Bosch gas range, Meile dishwasher and blond wood flooring throughout. Dining room table expands to seat 10 and overlooks the Gulf of Mexico.
The first floor is a 2 car garage which is not available with this home but is used by the owners.
The two balconies are 20 ft. from the sand and 120 ft to the edge of the Gulf of Mexico. A luscious green lawn separates the balcony from the sand.
Our building is a three story detached duplex with only 2 units in one building which was built in 2002 and maintained by full time owners with loving care.
Our new Hobie 2 person kayak is complimentary for your use as is lots of beach toys and games.
