Home has 3 nice sized bedrooms with master suite king size bed, deck area off master for morning coffee along with master bath with tiled walk in shower. Bedroom #2 features a double bed with access to second full bath in hall. Bedroom #3 has two single beds. We also have a large loft area which could be used as office or another bedroom with cherry wood floors. Home also features a 3 car attached garage with in floor radiant heat.
Large private deck area with lots of dimmable canned light throughout home. There is a 30 day minimum rental period required. We would prefer a 1 year lease, but, would consider shorter terms.
