The architecture is Victorian style and the home is brand new. This vacation paradise is beyond beautiful. All of your needs and more are included in this well-appointed home, which is designed to make every day a first-rate and first-class experience.
As you enter the open floor plan, you’ll find a living room decorated for comfort and entertainment. An inviting fireplace and large screen television, opening onto a front porch for relaxation and sunsets. A den is located off the kitchen, with a full bath.
The den contains a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. The dining room seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
The kitchen is complimented with stainless steel appliances, gourmet utensils and kitchenware, and granite counters. Also included is a brand new gas grill for the barbecue inclined. Casual dining is made easy at the granite topped kitchen bar, which includes comfortable bar stools.
The second floor is where the Master Bedroom is situated. Relax in the comfortable King Bed, or lounge in the sitting area. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. Walk out onto your deck and feel the breeze off of Lake Michigan while you enjoy your favorite drink and snack.
The Master Bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet and an exquisite Master Bath with marble vanity, a walk-in shower and a separate, soothing whirlpool bath. The Master Bedroom also includes a Queen sized sleeper sofa, TV with DVD player.
The second floor also contains two Guest Rooms that both include TV’s with built in DVD player. Each bedroom has it's own full bath with marble vanities, sizeable closets, and dressers. One of the guest rooms contains a Queen Bed, while the other is furnished with two Twin Beds.
NEWLY ADDED! The basement was finished off into a bedroom for children or teens with two built in bunk beds and a full bath. The beds are two full on the bottom, two twin on the top. Room to play or watch TV, decorated beautifully in nautical style.
Other in-house amenities include beautiful Brazilian cherry flooring throughout the entire first floor. Two-car attached garage. Access to the Bay Harbor Swim Club and Fitness Center is included.
The location of this home is perfect...you can walk or bike anywhere you need to go. Next to the home's Village location, is the beautiful Inn at Bay Harbor. This Inn offers two restaurants, and a full service spa. Enjoy a pedicure, facial or massage without having to get in your car. The entrance to Bay Harbor has a bike path that extends into the communities of Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Charlevoix.
Bay Harbor Village offers dining at Cava, the Pancake House or Knot Just a Bar. Stop into the Galley Gourmet for a bottle of wine or some gourmet take out. A coffee shop that offers ice cream, a toy store for the kids...and of course, numerous boutiques for clothing and shoes.
A ten minute drive from Bay Harbor is the picture book downtown of Petoskey on Lake Michigan. Their gaslight district offers additional dining and shopping. Along with Bay Harbor, the town of Petoskey and nearby Charlevoix offer numerous festivals and activities throughout the season. Golfing in Northern Michigan is very scenic. If you come in the winter, Boyne USA offers great skiing, tubing and even dog sled rides from a iditarod racing team.
The location can be reached from Pellston Regional Airport, approx 30 minute drive with connecting flights from Detroit or Chicago. Traverse City airport is appprox 50 minute drive. 4 hr drive from Detroit Metro airport.
