The Unique Benefits at this House
What I love most about the property is the proximity to the water. When I was a teenager I used to jump right into the water after waking up in the morning and swim laps before breakfast. It is also a great spot for boating. We always kept a sailboat and you can sail right up to the dock (if you are a skilled sailer). Now I launch my kayak off the property and paddle through the drenes (saltmarsh areas) watching birds and enjoying the beauty and quiet of the surroundings. Second to that I love sitting on the deck. There are loads of beautiful birds in the area and it is a serene location which is very conducive to relaxing. And it is within walking distance of the beach, fishing spots, a dog park and hiking trails. What more could you ask for?

I'm Susan, one of three sisters who now own this property which has been in the family since 1954. When we acquired the property we renovated and updated the house. It is a gorgeous site that we have enjoyed as a summer property virtually all of our lives and now want to share with others seeking a quiet refuge in the Hamptons. I live in Virginia but will soon retire to a nearby house in East Hampton.
