  My wife and I spent two weeks in February in this condo. We were very happy with everything. It is in a good location; well furnished, and Chris was very attentive to any questions or issues we had. Since it is an efficiency unit it is "cozy" but a much better alternative than a motel. It was very quiet, the lawn areas well groomed and within view of beautiful hills. It was convenient in that there was sugar in the cupboard, soap in the bathroom, paper towls and well stocked with other similar items. It probably would not work for a family but it is great for a couple. A car is necessary since there is no public transportation available.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

  Wife and I needed a breather after a particularly challenging month or so. We had to stay within close proximity to our home in case of an emergency. We normally stay at the Miramonte Resort nearby but have had problems during our last two stays there; plus we have wanted to try the "condo route" as we're thinking about investing in one. Our stay was most excellent, Chris Hanks couldn't have been kinder and more responsive, and the unit was really neat. Not large, by any stretch, but everything was well laid out. We loved having our own kitchen! Often when we go to dinner, we have leftovers, which won't last in a hotel room. But the condo had a full fridge--which we used! The only thing close to a "con" that I can mention is that the bed was tucked into a nook that made it a bit difficult to make the bed, without moving it to do so. The bed itself was quite comfortable, so having to move it wasn't a deal breaker. Next time out, we may try a 2nd floor unit as I'm told the ceilings are a bit higher, giving a feeling of more spaciousness. Either that, or we'll try a larger unit outright. We had a great time and got at least partially decompressed, and we're going to do this again. Thanks again to Chris...we'll work with him again!

  We can't say enough about this beautiful condo. It is super clean, and has all the necessities needed for comfort and relaxation. We enjoyed doing our own cooking in the well stocked kitchen. There are also 3 pools to choose from on the well maintained grounds. We love staying here and will be booking our next visit soon! Ray and Shirley
