This is the best place for summer fun! Located directly on Lake Erie in a private community, our home has a fabulous view of the lake and a perfect location for swimming, sailing, boating, or just relaxing. Read under one of the many trees on the property, or catch some rays. You can dine on the deck while you watch the kids swim or fish in the lake (shallow water with lots of sandbars) or maybe catch sight of one of the Bald Eagles or Great Blue Herons that frequent our shore. Enjoy the friendly surroundings - perfect for long walks, watching romantic sunsets, and evenings by the firepit. Bring your boat or personal watercraft right up to the shore - there are numerous boat ramps nearby.

The house is ideal for 1 or 2 families and features 3 bedrooms with top of the line mattresses and bedding (1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 Full) and an open floor plan with a full kitchen and HD TV. The family room is great for the kids to watch TV or play video games. It is also a wonderful sleeping porch. There is a Den with a daybed/trundle. The newly remodeled bath has a shower/bathtub and there is an outdoor hot water shower.

Relax in the comfort of central a/c and enjoy the luxurious bed linens. This is just like home (or better) - we provide all linens, dishes, cooking utensils, as well as a gas grill, coolers, deck and lawn furniture. For your entertainment, we provide cable TV (4 TVs),an XBox, and a DVD player. If you bring your laptop, you can check email through the wireless internet connection inside or out.

If you can tear yourself away from the lake, there are lots of fun places to go within an easy ten- to 30-minute drive: Cedar Point, Castaway Bay, Kalahari Resort, and ferries to Put-in-Bay and Kelley's Island. And don't miss the shops and sidewalk cafes in Marblehead or the famous Marblehead Lighthouse. You can bird and nature watch at Magee Marsh and Crane Creek.
