Pine Ridge Condominium is a centrally located in-town ski-in property just 1.5 blocks from Main Street Breckenridge and only 100 yards from the Snowflake chairlift. With the Four O’Clock Ski Run right alongside the property, we offer easy year-round mountain access. Pine Ridge is within walking distance of the restaurants, shopping and activities Breckenridge has to offer, including half a block to the Riverwalk Center, the town’s performance and events facility. In summertime, outdoor enthusiasts just step out to the ski run for hiking and biking right into the forest.
Pine Ridge Condominiums in known for spacious, high-quality accommodations with exceptional amenities. Our condominium is one of the largest 2-bedrooms found in Breckenridge, 1,200 square feet. The condominium features a living room fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, private washer/dryer, two full bathrooms, two private balconies, free Wi-Fi, DVD player and private ski locker.
On property, Pine Ridge has a convenient shuttle stop for the town's free shuttle service, two free parking spaces per unit, two hot tubs, fitness room, access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tubs, DVD rental library and guest desktop computer and printer. A 900 square foot meeting room with full kitchen, fireplace, and free Wi-Fi is available to rent. For the summer, guests have access to picnic tables and gas grills located on lawns throughout the property. In the winter, Christy Sports Ski & Snowboard Rental Shop is on-site providing the ultimate in convenient equipment rental.
