Nice House with a great view, but...

This is a very nice house with an incredible view of the city. The cost of that view is you are at the top of a very steep hill that makes walking to Noe more arduous than most people would be willing to put up with. This house is just Fair in the clean department and could use a refrigerator cleaning and an electronics update, especially the first gen DVD/VHS player.

Owner response:Thank you for letting us know about the left over condiments in the refrigerator. We've reiterated to the housekeeping crew that everything from the fridge must be thrown away after every guest, no matter how wasteful it may seem. We check the unit each and every time to ensure it is spic and span and appreciate you calling the refrigerator oversight to our attention.

A Great Place to Stay in San Francisco

We rented this condo for a group of 3 couples, all family member, who were traveling together. The condo was well-appointed and spacious. The kitchen was terrific with high-end appliances, a stocked pantry, and lovely dinnerware and serving pieces. The bedrooms were comfortable. The views of the city from the upper deck were spectacular, and the view of the garden from the lower deck and living area was beautiful. It was nice to have private, secure, covered parking and an elevator to our condo. The neighborhood was a joy, with great shops and restaurants, populated by friendly neighbors. Kevin was very helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this condo for a San Francisco stay.

I recently got married and rented this house for my family while they were in town. We loved it!! It is well-decorated, stocked with everything we needed, it's in a great location (near the main street of Noe Valley), was clean when we arrived, has a spacious garge, an elevator (which was perfect for my disabled brother and niece with a baby), the owner was available and helpful, as was the housekeeper for any questions we or needs we had. I will definitely recommend this house to other friends and family. Thank you!!

Our family met here for our holiday celebration last December. The condo is very comfortable, well appointed and became our "home away from home." I'd definitely recommend this as a comfortable place to stay in San Francisco.

Thank you for a wonderful home away from home. You accommodated our needs and requests promptly and graciously. The space was roomy, views great, beds comfortable, bathrooms efficient and plentiful for a family gathering. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with a nice array of shops and and restaurants. A place we would definitely return to.

We had a great time here. For us flatlanders this was quite the experience. The slope of the street added to it. The views were better than the pictures on the website. The neighborhood is adorable. The property was very clean and well maintained. The garage was a big plus, as was the elevator. I would recommend this place.

We rented this place to throw a mini bday celebration for a friend. It was awesome and Kevin, who lives below us, was very friendly and nice. This property has a huge patio, and living room...and an amazing view of the Bay! We will definitely consider to rent again.
