Enjoy your stay at our vacation rental located within walking distance of the beach. Accommodations include modern furniture with lovely decorated rooms for you to enjoy. Paved side driveway as well as wooden plank parking in front is provided for your convenience. Another nice feature is an awning covered front porch (recently remodeled!).
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a full kitchen with counter bar that seats 2 and dining table that seats 4. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with master bath attached. The second bedroom has a full bottom bunk bed with a twin top bunk. Each bedroom has its own TV w/cable.
There is a full sleeper sofa in the living room along with 2 chairs, 1 that reclines. The living room also includes a flat screen TV, a VCR and a DVD player. There is a brand new stackable washer and dryer in the master bathroom. And for your added convenience, an enclosed outside shower is available.
A golf cart is included as a courtesy, but restrictions do apply.
Supplies you will need to bring include: linens, towels and paper products.
We prefer to rent to families. You must be at least 25 years old to rent, NO PETS, NO SMOKING.
