Mark, Just wanted to let you know that the family and I really enjoyed ourselves. We caught several redfish, my daughter caught 2 huge ones and we caught some sheepsheads. The house was very nice and I hope we left it to yalls satisfaction. We will be back next year if we can wait that long!

Mark, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the Duke Dr. home. While at the rental our son, Andrew, caught a new state of Alabama record for King Makerel- 68.3lbs while out on a deep sea character "Boat Trap"- we have had to deal with lots of media attention coming home. Why rent several hotel rooms for a group when you can stay at this great house for less and have plenty of room. The pictures don't do this house justice. The house was clean and everything was just as described. Other than going to a wedding, we spent most of the weekend outside either laying by or laying in the pool. As a matter of fact we were so busy enjoying the pool that we never got around to using the boat that is available or the game room. If i had to complain about anything it would be that we didnt stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities! If your looking for a place to relax and unwind then this is definately the place to be.

Our family met here for a mini vacation, and we were very pleased with the whole stay. The house was nice, and the kids loved the swimming pool and games. I definately recommend bringing a car, because the house is not within walking distance to resturaunts, but it is a short drive (5 minutes). We will definately be coming back next year, and look forward to doing some fishing next time.

We have stayed in this house 2 years in a row for family vacations. We love the house and how conveniently located it is to everything. We love the pool and the boat. We went out for a fishing trip and caught more than enough for a fish fry. We had a small problem with the boat but Mark was there immediately to fix it. Have recommended this house to friends and family and look forward to next year for our next vacation. We LOVE staying in this house and you will too!

The house was beautiful!!! It was more than I had expected. Everything was clean and ready to go when we got there. The master bedroom and bath were simply gorgeous. The first bedroom was great; I love that it has a futon in it. The second bedroom was equally nice. The house is very "kid friendly". The location was convenient; just a short drive from Pensacola Beach (which was the keypoint in our trip). I only wish we had spent more time in the house. I highly recommend this home for your trip.

Beach Wedding Otober 2010

The house was great. We did not have enough time to enjoy the full effects since we were busy with a wedding. My family intends on renting the house in the summer so we can really enjoy the house. The game room in the garage was awesome, my nephew couldn't stop playing. Everything we needed was close by like walmart, the beach, and nice restaurants. My sister handled the booking but I only heard compliments about the owner. This one definately gets an A+, I am looking forward for another visit.

Our Spring Break Vacation 2010

We had a wonder time March 19-26. We had 8 people in our party, 4 adult, 4 kids: 18,16,12,&11. They had a great time. Mark is amazing, we got there and needed a couple of thing, like egg crate for the beds, new air mattress and new grill. We had them on the doorstep before we came home that night, now that is what i call service:)! He forgot to mention that the gargage is converted into a game room, pool table, hockey table, and PingPong. The kids loved it. We did take the boat out, what a treat, we went to the different canals behind the houses and then out to the bay. It was really nice. It was too cold for the kids to try the pool out, BUT there were some mallards that loved the pool. It was so neat to seat in the front room and look out the window to such a gorgeous view. We would definately return and hope to next Spring Break... We had an amazing time. The house is great and very spacious, like I said we had 8 people and it was very comfortable. Thanks again for making our stay so memorable.....

Owner response:After the clients stay, I tried out both queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom, and through use, they were starting to wear out, so i replaced both with queen size pillowtop serta mattresses.

Valentines Day Weekend

My fiance and I came to Florida for Valentines day week, and we had a wonderful time. The house was conveinent to the beach, and my husband and I spent a few hours on the boat, although it was very chilly on the water. The pool was not used due to the weather, and the picnic table in the back yard by the pool was conveinent when we barbequed.

Pensacola Vacation 09

My family and I rented both of Mark's houses in July for a family reunion, and had a very relaxing time. The houses were very close, so it allowed our families to spend the max amount of time together. Additionally, there was plenty to do at the house, and if we had a question about how to use something, Mark or his wife usually returned our phone calls and emails within a few hours. We've already told our friends about these houses, and will be coming back for our next getaway.
