This unit was the perfect place for our week long stay in Palm Desert. Beautifully furnished with very comfortable beds, flat screen tvs, internet service, golf cart, comfortable deck furniture, refreshing pool and jacuzzi just one unit away and fantastic views from the patio of the fairway and mountains. My husband & son didn't care too much for the Challenge Course (way too many hazards), & didn't get a chance to play the Championship Course because of members tournaments. But that was okay because we played the two courses at the Marriott Desert Springs just down the road and really enjoyed them. There is a small strip mall close by with grocery store, etc. that was very handy and it is just about a 15 minute drive to El Paseo with all the great shops and restaurants. Our favorite restaurants were the Daily Grill and Armandos. The fine dining restaurant at the club house was not open for dinner except for a couple of nights when they offered a buffet setting and the casual restaurant "Bogeys" was open for breakfast & lunch and had good food at reasonable prices. All in all, it was a great place to stay and we are looking forward to returning next year.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our week at this condo was wonderful. Every morning, we'd watch the sun rise from the comfort of the living room and it would set the tone for the day. The proximity to the pool was great, and the owner left everything we needed to get on the golf course. The property is exactly as advertised, and we would return without hesitation. We have stayed at several country clubs in the areas. Palm Valley was one of the best. I don't know how the owner arranged for 8 consecutive days of sunshine, but coming from the frozen North, it was most appreciated.
Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Very nice resort. Conveniently located among all the "dessert" communitites. Perfect condo for two couples traveling together b/c of the two master suites. Beds were VERY comfortable and plush. Clean, spacious and great view out the back door to a green fairway. Very nice golf course & the added bonus of being able to use the private course! We would visit again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

Highly recommend this 2br/2ba golf course condo. Spotlessly clean and bright. Fantastic view of the golf course, palm trees, and Chocolate Mountains from the living room and master bedroom. The photo's do not do it justice. We were really impressed with the clean modern look, the comfortable beds, flat screen TV's and most of all the location which provided warm morning sun for coffee on the patio, while watching the early bird golfers move up the fairway. The unit is elevated above the fairway, which expands the already gorgeous view ( and keeps the golfers far enough away to not invade your privacy!) Kitchen is fine, standard appliances. Nice pass through. Showers were a pleasant surprise with excellent water pressure for a great shower! The golf cart was fun and took us to the clubhouse for cocktails on more than one occassion. Their is a pool and Spa no more than 50 feet away to the right of the patio.....we tested it out. Spa was HOT as it should be, and pool was heated. There was never a sole there so we had it all to ourselves every evening.. All in all, this condo exceeded our expectations in every way. As we were traversiing the area to play golf at a different course each day, we found Palm Valley to be centrally located and easy to get to almost anywhere.......BTW, everyone we met was really nice, and we will definitly make Palm Valley a destination again on our next trip to the desert. Linda ( owner ) was terrific, and accomodating. If you want a clean, bright, convenient, and comfortable golf course condo with a view to rent in Palm Valley, then this it!! BTW - Don Diego's at Cook and Hghy 111 in Indian Wells - Awesome Mexican food.....recommend you eat at the bar. The food and the Service is outstanding!
