CALENDAR: we do not use the calendars on external sites, as they are not conducive to our types of rentals. Availability can change by the minute, making it impossible to keep the calendar up to date.
Please note: we are PRIVATE timeshare owners. You do not need to own anything to rent our condo, and do not have to attend ANY timeshare presentations!
The elegant Wyndham Nashville is located in the heart of Music City, USA, within walking distance of the Opryland Hotel, the Grand Ole Opry, and just minutes from historic downtown Nashville. Nashville is perfect for everyone, from the excitement of Music Valley Drive to the reproduction of the Greek Parthenon. Enjoy many historic sites, including The Hermitage, home of President Andrew Jackson, several Civil War battlefields, and grand plantations and mansions. Other activities include museums, the Nashville zoo, Springhouse Golf Course, and more. After a day's outing, relax in the indoor pool/spa.
One Bedroom Deluxe: Approximately 900-978 square feet, king bed in the master, double sofa sleeper in the living room, Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony. Sleeps 4.

RATES:
Rates START at $40/night for a "quiet season" WEEKNIGHT within 60 days. The prices vary depending on length of stay, time of booking, season, if upgraded units are available, and if weekend nights are rented (which cost more than weeknights). When renting less nights, the average price per night is higher. We get a 50% discount at 60 days prior, so please realize that when requesting dates that are more than 60 days out, the rates can get up to $400 for a "prime" weekend night. PRICES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE. PLEASE CHECK OUR BASIC RATES BEFORE RESPONDING TO THIS AD, BECAUSE WE WILL NOT ACCEPT LOW OFFERS. The 50% discount is not valid on "quiet" and "value" seasons, but we still give a 40-45% discount.
DISCOUNTS OFFERED:
Repeat-client discount: 5% discount on every rental after the first has been completed.
Multiple Unit Discount: If you are renting multiple units from us (for the same dates), we will offer a 5% discount on each additional unit. (Note: does not apply to rentals outside of 60 days.)
Refer-a-Friend Discount: After you have rented from us once, you are eligible to participate in our "Refer-a-Friend" program. Receive a 5% credit towards your next rental if a friend or family member you refer rents from us. The credit is 5% of your friend's rental amount or of your rental amount, whichever is less.
Military Discount: We also offer a 5% military discount (active duty, reserves, retired).

High = Apr 02-May 21, Sep 24-Oct 29, Dec 03-Dec 31

POLICIES:
We have a 2-night minimum stay requirement. 50% is due at the time of booking (if more than 60 days out). The remaining 50% is due at 60 days prior, and we will send you a reminder/balance due invoice a few days before that deadline as a courtesy. If the reservation is less than 60 days out, payment is due in full. For check-ins 16 days away or less, the full payment must be complete by 7pm Eastern the day of booking. We cannot hold reservations without payment, unless specific arrangements are made with the manager/owner. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover and have a secure payment form on our website. We are also happy to take credit cards over the phone. We no longer accept PayPal (except in special cases), as their fees are too high and they don't offer buyer/seller protection on intangible goods.
We now allow cancellations and provide different percentages of refunds depending on the notice given. For reservations cancelled . . .
more than 60 days out: 75% refund
30-60 days out: 50% refund
0-30 days out: no refund (exceptions to this policy will only be made in cases where the unit is uninhabitable on or before the check-in date, by reason of flood, fire, storm or for any other reason by an act of God/force of nature.)
Should any amenities be unavailable during the renter's stay, Sun or Snow Timeshare will not be held responsible and no refunds will be given or adjustments made in such cases. We had three ladies from our church attend a conference in Nashville. I got online and found the property very easy. The condo was beautiful and very large. It was so much better than a hotel room for far less the price of a costly hotel. We were there two nights and enjoyed our stay so much. The Wyndham was conveniently located to everything and even though our conference was downtown , the access to the highway was very easty. We will certainly look forward to staying at the Wyndham Nashville again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wynham Nashville resort. The unit was very well equipped and in excellent condition. It is located just minutes away from the new Grand ole opry theater and the Opry Mills shopping mall. Unfortunately for us the new theater is closed during Jan. and the opry is held downtown at the Rhyman theater for that month. The resort has a full concierge staff and has on site entertainment as well. Their are many restaurants near by, we would recommend, including the Backstage Cafe and the Santa Fe steakhouse. After staying at the Wyndham I would not hesitate to book a room in one of their other resorts for a future trip. We were asked to attend a sales pitch for their condos, which included a $50 gift card. It was not mandatory and since we have been through many of these we declined their offer.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We stayed in this condo for a long weekend visit to Nashville and it couldn't have been more perfect. The people at the front desk were very helpful. The condo was beautiful and had everything you need for a perfect stay. The landscaping really was nice and they have everything you need... movies, exercise room, pool (inside & out) and a customer service are for you to book events, attractions or anything else you may want to see or do. This location was great also. It is close to the mall w/ Bass Pro., General Jackson, Grand Old Opry, Caney Fork & Cracker Barrel restaurants. Willie Nelson's museum and store and Cooters are right next door also. We hope to be able to stay here again on our next visit to Nashville.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The listing description is exactly as described. The rental is very spacious, super comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. It is conveniently located and suited the purpose of our stay. I highly recommend this rental. You will not be disappointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although we did not have much time on our visit, our stay in the rental far exceeded our expectations.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Upon arrival at the property, front desk upgraded us to a bigger unit on a higher floor. Property is very clean, units are a bit dated but very nice for the non discriminating clientele. We had excellent value for our $$$ :) and we will return in near future.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

We were very pleased with the lodging unit and the resort property. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was about a 15 min. drive to the downtown district with the Country Hall of Fame and fun honky tonk bars on Broadway, but the resort is peaceful and great to come back to after a fun day/night out and about. It is walking distance, less than one mile, to Opryland and the Gaylord Resort. I would stay at this resort again without a doubt.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

What a wonderful place to stay. It is walking distance to Cooter's Place and the Opryland Hotel. Only 15 minute car ride to downtown. Nice ammenities and well taken care of. Two of us stayed for a week and it was great! Very clean and updated accomadations. The unit was clean and the staff was very friendly and pleasant.We go to Nashville at least once a year and for sure will stay with same owners if lodging is available for our vacation time. Lodging was nicer than we expected to find!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We found this condo to be perfect! We travelled with our two teenagers and had more then enough room (brought a blow-up bed) for the four of us. The condo was spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Furniture, carpets, window treatments all updated. The front desk was extremely helpful with answering any questions and/or making suggestions. The condo is walking distance to the Gaylord Hotel, as well as several restaurants/clubs on Music Valley Drive. The downtown area is an easy 15-20 minute drive, and a grocery store is less then 5 miles away. I would recommend without any reservations!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

A weekend getaway to visit family in the area and the condo was perfect.... Everything a person could need was provided to make this feel like home. About the owner: I started a business in 2007 renting our family's timeshares. We are accredited with the BBB as "Sun or Snow Vacation Rentals." I have two little ones and feel so blessed to be able to stay at home with them and still work. Because I do work from home and have noisy kids, phone calls are very difficult, which is why I no longer list my phone number on my ads. I also prefer to have business correspondence in writing, to avoid any confusion.
