This updated luxury condominium offers a 180 degree unobstructed view of the San Jacinto mountains and golf course from it's patio, kitchen, living and dining rooms. Rancho Las Palmas is a gated patrolled community that offers 27 holes of Championship golf, 25 tennis courts (clay and hard), and a 24 hour Fitness Center. Located next door to the Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa you have access to their first class Spa facilities. A short walk across the street brings you to a modern shopping plaza named 'The River' for it's fountains and water ways. It boasts excellent dining, art galleries, and shopping as well as a multiplex cinema facility. Make a left turn and in one short block you are on Highway 111 which can take you to all areas of the desert. Visit the Living Desert to view the native plants and animals or go to El Paseo Drive for fancy shopping and art. Bring Lady Luck to the Indian casinos and take your winnings to the Cabazon Outlet stores. Or just relax at the condo, soaking in the sun, splashing in the pool and viewing the gorgeous sunsets from the patio.

If you want an easy experience, a great rental, and good people to work with, you can't go wrong with this property. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had, and the condo was great. Fully stocked, immaculate, and probably the best view of mountains and golf course in the complex; breathtaking! This unit is also located in the highly desired area of RLP where you can walk to the hotel, the clubhouse, and the River shopping complex. Thanks to Linda and Terri for a great holiday!Recommended for: People with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo very much. It's perfectly located, walking distance to The River, with a terrific view. We stayed here for a long weekend and couldn't have been happier! It's a beautiful, large 2 bedroom with your own private patio/grill that looks out on the golf course. Highly recommend! Gated community, close to shops/coffee/restaurants, private garage...great find!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
