Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and a splendid view of Burt Lake. Our single cottage is located close to the water on 150 ft of shoreline. Located in the northwest part of the lake, you are a short drive to Pellston, Cheboygen, Petoskey, Mackinac City or Harbor Springs. Several golf courses are nearby at a range of prices.
Burt Lake is part of an inland waterway that extends from Crooked Lake to Lake Huron. From Burt Lake you can travel for miles on this chain of lakes and rivers.
The lot is 600 feet deep so you are isolated from traffic. A large grassed yard provides ample space for recreation. Lounge on the deck and enjoy the view or enjoy a swim in the clean, clear water at the end of the private dock where you will find a sandy lakebed.
The cottage provides you the convenience of 2 full baths, a dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a large living room with a round dining table. A screened porch overlooks the water. Two first floor bedrooms have a queen beds. Upstairs are 4 twin beds. These are situated in a sleeping loft that is divided into two sleeping areas (2 beds in each area). Rental available for parties of 5 people or less.
The Maple Bay launch ramp is close by and the waterfront provides a mooring for your boat. A canoe is available for your use.
Rentals may begin any day of the week during open times.
