Myself, husband and 2 other couples recently stayed here for 5 nights. It was amazing! Excellent location on the strip. Walking distance to everything you need! The condo was clean and well equipped! Grounds were very nice. Diana was a pleasure to deal with. Wilbur at the swim up bar was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this place and will hopefully be staying here again in the future!

My husband and I just stayed 8 days in this beautiful condo---January 29th-February 5th, 2012--our 2nd visit there. The pictures are right on, very clean and confortable. The view from every window can't be beat. Quite, the only sounds you hear are of the waves. It has everything you need for a relaxing, happy vacation. It is most convenient, bus stops right out side. Anyplace you want to go very resonably is right there and if you want to go further down the island you can catch a bus to the terminal and buses run there every few minutes. The owner, Diana, was super both times and a joy to work with. We would certainly recommend the condo to our friends---in fact already have.

Just got back from spending 4 nights in Cancun at Diana's condo. I highly recommend folks to stay here. The location is great and you are within walking distance of almost everything. The condo itself is beautiful and the views are world class. The security is also top notch as are the amenities and the staff at the condo are very friendly and helpful. We rented a car the last 2 days and went to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and Puerto Morales. There is a Hertz right next door and cost with taxes was $30 US per day. Diana is great at giving tips on where to go, where to eat, shop, when to take taxi, etc? we loved limoncelli's restaurant....great Italian food and romantic atmosphere. Highly recommend taking a ferry to Isla Mujeres and renting a golf cart there to see the island. Hit several bars there that were awesome......The Soggy Peso and La Bella.....wonderful people at both places. The ruins at Tulum were neat and Play del Carmen is a wonderful beach and great town to sightsee and grab drinks and lunch. Stay here and you will be happy you did. we are happy campers! I did a lot of reseach before selecting this condo for our vacation this year. I made the right choice! This condo truly exceeded my expectations. All the other reviews were spot on. The views from every room in the house were amazing. This particular unit is one of the top 5 units in the entire building because of the panaromic views. The property staff couldn't have been more accommodating. And the owner was fabulous. I work for a luxury tour company called Tauck. This was "Tauck" quality.

The BEST place to stay in Cancun!!

I was lucky enough to spend 3 weeks at this condo, almost 2 weeks by myself, and then 10 days with my husband and family. I felt completely safe and secure when I was on my own. Security staff is always around but not intrusive, and the staff is so gracious and helpful. If you are hesitant to visit Mexico because of security issues, not to worry. We stayed in Cancun, did day trips to Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, and Chichen Itza, and felt perfectly safe at all times. I also made trips on my own into downtown Cancun to shop and everyone I met was very friendly and helpful. The condo itself was just perfect for our family of five. It was so nice to have a few family meals with our children who are now adults and live away from home, and plenty of room to kick back and socialize in the large living room, dining room, and 3 spacious balconies. The kitchen is stocked just right with everything you would want on vacation. It was also nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and each bedroom is generously sized. We used the wireless internet to look up things to do each day, and the free international phone to check on things at home. There are three freshwater pools at the condo complex, a spa, and gym, plus the beautiful Caribe literally steps away from the condo. The condo complex is located in the heart of the hotel zone with easy access to every imaginable restaurant. We all agreed that it's located in the best possible spot in Cancun. The biggest and best nightclubs are one block away. The waverunner and boat rental marina is also about a block away via the beach. The water is calmer on the north side of the hotel zone than the it is on the east side, which means more swimming days at the condo beach. The Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach next door has a brunch every morning that is to die for. Mocambo's restaurant is also just steps away on the beach and offers good food and fun music. You can also get a day pass at the all-inclusive RIU on the other beach side of the condo complex for something like $75. We didn't do this, but met a couple on the beach from Canada who were staying at the RIU and wanted to know how to book a condo at our complex. When they told us what they paid for their 3 day stay at the RIU, we felt very good about the value of our condo. The owner was delightful to work with, and her manager in Cancun is an American who is bi-lingual and very helpful. They both helped make this vacation absolutely perfect. We will be back!!

The condo was excellent. It was well maintained, has a beautiful view, 24 hour security, free Wi-fi with strong strength, cable TV, full kitchen and furnishings. If your looking for place to completely relax, this is a good option especially for the price. The property is on the beachfront and has 2 freshwater pools and spa. You will be within walking distance of many activities and restaurants with diverse menus.

Absolutely wonderful, made our stay in Cancun that much more special. Our party of four (3 adults and 1 year old) stayed here for a week and can only say wonderful things about this condo. The views are unbelievable gorgeous. I can't say how many pictures we took because one (or 10) does not do it justice. Waking up to these views of the ocean will definitely be a treasured memory. The condo itself was great, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything we needed and more was available, even for our baby. There was plenty of room inside and out on the balcony, to stretch out and relax. We were so happy to be able to put baby down for a nap in one of the bedrooms and not have to tip-toe around him, which would have been the case in hotel room. So glad we changed our plans from staying in cramped hotel room to condo. The complex was not crowded so we had the pool to our self more than a few times and the beach was busy only on the weekend. The condo location is conveniently located, everything you may need is within walking distance except for Walmart but that is a onetime trip and taxis are waiting just across the street from the complex. The security staff was very nice and helpful. Matt (condo manager) and Diana (owner) were both very sweet and helpful. Diana provided us with suggestions for places to eat, activities and shops, so happy she did. If you're planning a trip to Cancun, a romantic getaway or family fun trip this is the perfect place for you stay. Thank you Diana and Matt. Tom & Denise, Phoenix, AZ.

We had a great trip to Cancun and I believe it was all because we had a great place to stay. Mrs Diane is great person and wonderful owner. The property was just "fantastic" for all members of our family. The views from any part of the unit is just breathtaking. the location is among many restaurants and shopping centers. If we could, we would stay in this place anytime we go to Cancun. I highly recommend Diane's beautiful property to anyone. Thanks Diane for providing a great place for us during our wonderful vacation to Cancun.

There are so many great things to say about this condo! Originally, we had a gonga deal to stay at the Hilton. When we learned it had sold out we had to look at other options. I am SO glad the Hilton sold out!!!! This condo is beautiful, well kept, beautifully decorated, and spacious. It is located in the middle of everything. The only taxi/bus ride we had to take was to walmart to pick up some groceries for meals that we made in the full size kitchen and ate at the beautiful dining table! We had six people total in our group (2 from San Francisco and 4 from Phoenix). There was plenty of room for us all in the three bed, three bath, three bacony, huge living room/dining room condo. Yet, it kept us close together and able to visit unlike a hotel stay. Eating in saved us money, lounging on the huge balcony as a group saved us money, and the location saved us money. All of the pictures that are posted are real! This place has amazing views from every room! When you are relaxing on the balcony, it's like you're hovering right over the water! We even slept with the doors cracked so we we could hear the waves break throughout the night. The property is also VERY well secured. The security guards keep a close eye on all entrances at all hours. They also are there for you to let you in at all hours for those late nights! The last thing and probably best thing about this condo is the owner and property manager. Diana, the owner, is just about the sweetest thing. She is extrememly helpful and accommodating. She is more than willing to help w/ planning all aspects of your trip to Mexico. She's also extremely excited to awnser your 5 billion questions you may have for her. :) Matt, the property manager who lives near by, sat our group down to review the property "rules," instructions, local as well as general information. He even had me take notes on busses, banks, and resteraunts to check out - which we used every day of our trip. We must have called him 2-3 times during the trip to get advice/supplies and he was there for us with no wait time at all! All in all, the only advise I have is STAY HERE!!! We will never stay in a hotel in Cancun again!!! Thank you Diana & Matt!!!!

My husband and I and another couple stayed in this condo in May 2009. I have traveled a lot and can honestly tell you this is one of the nicest places I have stayed in!! Everything was in order and what you see in the pictures is what you get! Which in this case is a good thing! We loved this place! It was easy to get to anyting you wanted to do. The only thing that was farther away was Wal-Mart which you can take a taxi to if you are looking at getting a larger amount of food! If I was you I would not pass staying in this condo and the owner was great to work with!

We stayed at Diana's Condo for a week from April 15th to the 22nd 2009. Words can not describe just how beautiful the views are !! They are simply breathtaking, not to mention the amazing sound of waves gently laping on the beach right out side !! I had to pinch myself every morning :o) I have never seen such amazing shades of blue ocean. This Condo is nothing short of PERFECT, it is anyones dream home. The Decor is spectacular, like a model home!! It was very hard to pack and leave. Diana is extremely knowledgeable about Cancun & Riviera Maya, she is lovely to work with and has excellent insider tips on what to do, where to dine & shop etc ... The property manager Matt is wonderful, he is very helpful, and very knowledgeable also. This Condo is equipped with EVERYTHING! even DVD's. Trust us, it will be hard to leave !!! Thank You Diana for the opportunity to stay at your beautiful home, we loved every second of our vacation there. Sam & Steve

We stayed here for a week, April 2009. This condo is just amazing ! The views are to die for, the decor is just beautiful, and the owners are wonderful people. The condo is situated in the BEST part of Cancun, everything is within walking distance, we enjoyed starbucks coffee every morning, which just across the road. We enjoyed every minute of our time there. It was so hard to pack and leave at the end of our week. I recommend this place 100%, it is simply gorgeous ! If you are thinking about going to cancun .. This place was gorgeous! There is on ocean view from every window and I've never seen water so blue. The place is decorated with all the stuff you see on the front cover of a magazine, and all the nicest restaurants and fun activites are just across the street!Paradise at its finest! I highly reccommend visiting this beautiful condo.
