Sanibel is a brand new high rise condo on West Beach. Situated between the Gulf of Mexico and the Lagoon there are water views from every room. It is located 2.6 miles west of Highway 59. Sanibel lies in a low-density, mainly residential area where you won't have to fight for a spot on the beach, but is only 2.5 miles to Highway 59 which is the hub of activity and restaurants of Gulf Shores. A 5-minute drive to the Super Wal-Mart on Ft. Morgan Rd at 59 will meet all your shopping needs, including groceries and beach supplies!
This 3rd floor beauty is stunningly decorated and very comfortable. Our unit offers a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico even though it is located across the road from the beach. Beach access is located across the street. Complex amenities include an outdoor pool, baby pool, sauna, and exercise room.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed. Also, a queen sized sleeper sofa is available in the den area. There is also a pull-out twin size bed in the oversized chair. Six to eight guests can be accommodated comfortably in our condo. The unit has 2.5 baths and is spacious enough to work online while viewing spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. So, come on down and enjoy your vacation at Sanibel in Gulf Shores. My husband, son and I had a wonderful time during our stay. This unit is just a short walk to the beach. During our stay, the beach wasn't crowded! Kim, the owner, was great to work with and went out of her way to make our stay possible. We will be back and have already shared the information for this condo with friends and family. Two Thumbs up!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
