The entire 20 unit complex is new, spotless and beautiful.
The pool is large with play areas and fountains for children, it has two nice bathrooms and a large kitchen area for outdoor entertaining. We are gated with a 24-hour uniformed guard.
Our condo is in a private corner location with windows on three sides. A nice view of the mountains from the kitchen window. The living room windows face the pool and common area.
There is a window and a sky light in the bathroom. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors to the deck. The bunkbed room has a window looking out the back toward undeveloped land.
A very quiet area, there is a little store down at the beach one block away, with lots of restaurants nearby.
Downtown Zihuatanejo is a 20 minute walk down the beach or a .40 cent bus ride. The bus stop is close by also. Taxis are $2.50 to town. All of this is located near the south end of La Ropa beach near El Manglar restaurant.
