  Succinctly put: Very best vacation ever! Your condo was incredibly nice, and breakfast on the balcony while watching the many dolphins frolicking in the Gulf was very enjoyable. Walked to many restaurants nearby, and even church on Sunday. For our actual anniversary dinner we took the trolley to a restaurant my wife picked out. Of course the meal at the Beach Bistro was outrageous: but, then, for the price it had better be. Even our little cat loved the place. The heated pool was nice, too. We will be back again. Roy .

  Everything was so perfect with our time at this location. The condo was beautiful and the views were even more so! We enjoyed every second while we were on this lovely island.

  Dear Rick and Nancy, we arrived home from your beautiful condo last evening. We had a great time and really loved the Anna Maria area. Your condo was very neat, clean and well kept and....the location of your condo was wonderful. The beach was beautiful and being so close to Bridge Street and all of the activities was so much fun! Thanks again! (We are already discussing our next vacation and plan on renting your condo again.)

  Hi Rick, We had a wonderful vacation! Your unit was very nice, PERFECT gulf and sunset view, and we loved the pool access (beachside). Pool was very clean and cool, too! Thank you so much. We hope to come back next year:)

  We truly enjoyed our stay at your unit and only the impending birth of our grand daughter kept us from requesting another week. You did a great job with the decorating and furnishing, exactly as advertised. We loved AMI and the Sarasota area and hope to return soon. I will definitely keep Gulf View in mind. J & J Boston, Ma

  I have stayed in this condo for the past 5 years - every August - and it is always clean and comfortable. I love waking up in the morning to the sound of the Gulf waves lapping the shore and the bird crys...I visit with my sister every year and we hate to leave and can't wait to get back! There is lots to do but nothing to do at the same time! I recommend this condo and Anna Maria Island to my friends and clients....Eat Here is a fabulous new restaurant to check out..owned by the Beach Bistro..the food is AMAZING!!! The condo is within walking distance to so much and the trolley stops right outside the building! Counting the days until I am back :) Enjoy!!

  Gulf View is the perfect place to stay when you visit Anna Maria Island! Could not ask for a better location. Within walking distance of everything you might need. Bridge Street has neat little shops, the pier at its end, and Segs by the Sea! Do take a Segway tour with Jeff, it is so much fun and you get to go over the bridge to Longboat Key! I figured I would need either a doctor or a glass of wine by the time we got back...fortunately, the wine sufficed! Visit Duffy's on the North end for the best hamburger and cold beer! Go over the Cortez Bridge to 119th and eat at Cortez Kitchen for the freshest seafood around! We discovered it due to taking a water taxi tour with Capt. Mark...fun!! Rick & Nancy have a lovely, spacious condo! They have provided all the amenities of home in a warm, welcoming atmosphere! Can't wait to visit again! Thank you so much!!!!

  Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful condo. The location was perfect and it was everything we wanted in a vacation and more. You sure wouldn't need a car staying at this property. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do right around the condo. It was a great time and the condo was very clean and well kept. The area is bustling during the day but it was quiet during the night which was nice. The beds were extremely comfortable compared to other places where I have stayed. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the sunsets were gorgeous. Thanks again and we plan on coming back next year.

  We had a great time at this property. Property was clean and nicely decorated. It is in the heart of Bradenton beach, only a block from Bridge Street, and the beach is at the front door. Free trolley that covers entire Anna Maria island at the front door also.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this condo the last week of October 2010. The weather was perfect and the water in the Gulf was still warm. We spent a lot of time on the private beach. It was very quiet and relaxing. There are a lot of nice restaurants within walking distance. The condo is really comfortable and the location is great – right on the beach with a waterfront view on the famous Anna Maria Island. This is our 4th stay on the Anna Maria Island and our 2nd stay in this wonderful condo. Thank you, Rick and Nancy!

The security deposit is due at the time the reservation is made. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

In addition to rental fees, every reservation requires a refundable security deposit of $300.00. There is also a $70.00 cleaning fee and 11.5% tax.
