Enjoy this spacious Home (3800 sq. ft) with your family. Large Great Room, Dining Area and Kitchen with beautiful Ocean Views from inside and from the large decking. This house is on a large duplex lot with plenty of space and open space to view some of our wild life. The in-ground pool is large and there is plenty of room around it, including a Cabana with 1/2 bath and dressing area. There are five bedrooms - 2 with additional space to put a fold away bed or crib. Linens are supplied and beds are made for your arrival.
Short stays (min 4 nights) are available in early and late season. Rents from Saturday to Saturday. Discounts apply for small families (8 or less) and for 2 or more week stays.
Large Game Room has pool table, gas fireplace,half bath,patio, wet bar and area for watching television. Large library of books, movies.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Sands, Section D
We built our home in 1998, rented it for a few years. Then in 2001 retired and moved down to the Outerbanks. We then bought an additional rental, and began renting it ourself. We love it here.
