Enjoy this spacious Home (3800 sq. ft) with your family.Enjoy beautiful sunrise over the ocean and sunset on the west side. Top Floor-Large Great Room, Dining Area (lg deck facing the ocean) Kitchen with with decking to view sunsets. You may even see an occassional fox or deer on the west side. In addition the Purple Martins enjoy there own housing on the property each season. There is a guest bathroom on this level along with a master suite with its own sitting room facing the ocean and queen bed.
The Second floor contains a master suite with king bed, sitting room and decking with west views. Master bedroom with queen bed, Large bedroom with king bed that shares a bath with a large bedroom that has 2 full beds. Lots of closet space.
The bottom floor has a large game room with pool table, wet bar, t.v. dvd, patio, half bath, gas fireplace, books, games. There is a laundry area on the first landing.
Enjoy this large private pool with cabana with half bath and dressing area, there is also a shower outdoors.
This house is on a large duplex lot . The sitting areas in two of the master bedrooms -can easily accomodate a fold away twin bed or crib.
Park grill, picnic table and benches, plenty of pool side lounges and chairs. Beach chairs, beach wagon etc.

Short stays (min 4 nights) are available in early and late season. Rents from Saturday to Saturday. Discounts apply for small families (6 or less) and for 2 or more week stays.
Home located at 576 Trolling Lane, Oceanside, East of Route 12, close to tennis and beach (walking distance) this house is not on Route 12 and there is no walk thru access to route 12 from the house.

We built our home in 1998, rented it for a few years. Then in 2001 retired and moved down to the Outerbanks. We then bought an additional rental, and began renting it ourself. We love it here.

I have to say that this was the best family vacation we've ever had. The house was amazing- pictures did not do this justice which was a pleasant surprise when we arrived. The pool was the best thing about the house! Thank you!
