NEW with gorgeous decorator furnishings. Spacious floor plan with five rooms to sleep 20 comfortably without any sofa sleepers. Located in a beautifully maintained neighborhood. Our beautiful Emerald Coast Retreat is just a short stroll from deeded beach access and right next to one of two community pools.
Our Retreat features one Double Queen bedroom on the first floor and two master suites on the second floor. The third floor has two bedrooms, central wet bar with sitting area and bathroom. You can practically live up here with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, office desk, and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen comes furnished with all stainless appliances and includes an electric range, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, refrigerator with ice/water from the door, pantry, and an extended granite breakfast bar. The Laundry Room furnished with oversized washer and dryer. All four full baths feature tiled floors and showers, granite countertops, twin sinks, and custom cabinets. Front porch has two bistro tables with swivel bar stools for fine outdoor dining. The BBQ deck has additional outdoor seating also.

Why the Owner Chose Emerald Waters Village
In 1997, we were lucky enough to live in this area for a year, before being transferred out for work. While here, we fell in love with the Emerald Coast, and have vacationed here often ever since. We have always wanted to have a vacation and potential retirement home here, and finally found this perfect home to fulfill our dreams.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is a quick (4 block) walk to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. As convenient as the beach access is, though, our location in the back of a beautiful gated community allows for a private, home atmosphere when returning from a fun day at the beach. The location is very convenient for a well-rounded vacation experience, with convenient access to terrific shopping, restaurants, myriad sports and activities for the entire family. And "Emerald Coast Retreat" is not simply a rental property to us - it is our home away from home, so we care about offering the best in comfort and amenities. We want you to love our home and the Emerald Coast as much as we do, and are here to provide a terrific vacation experience for you!

We housed 22 for our family reunion (a kid slept comfortably on the floor and one in a travel crib) and there was definitely room for all. I'll second the previous reviews....close to the beach, but far enough away from the noise of the beach, neighbors were quiet and helpful, CVS and souvenir shop in walking distance, the house is well kept, kitchen and kitchenware was more than adequate, and the pool right next door is enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful retreat!

This location was perfect for our family of 23, including 15 adults, 7 children, and 1 infant. Each day we spent deciding between the pool directly next to the house or the beach only a 0.5 mile walk away. Everyone had a place to sleep. We cooked dinner every night to keep things cheap, and the house was well equipped to do so. Plenty of towels, and plenty of space for games and fun inside. This house was so great for us, and we had a great time! Thanks!

Our family , a group of 15 had a wonderful stay in this spacious beutiful home. There is plenty of room to gather or just relax in your own room. The pool was right next to the house and never crowded.The neighbors were very polite. The walk to the beach was not too far away .The owners were great to deal and Kristen was very quick to respond with answers to any question .We would most definitly stay again..

Our party of 14 (6 adults, 8 children) stayed here June 11-18th 2011. We found the home to be nicely furnished and very well maintained. The Kuerig coffee maker with 24 servings of different varieties of coffee was one of many of the "extras" this house offered. The home is located on a cul de sac so traffic is minimal. One of two "community' pools is located right next door. Even though we went during high season, most days we had the pool to ourselves. Last year we stayed in a home in the same subdivision that had a private pool. The problem was that it was so small that it seemed overcrowded with more than four people in it. I would not pay the extra for a private pool again. The beach is a short walk as are two tasty restaurants ( Whale's Tail and Pompano Joe's). We were saddened to return this year and see Theo's Pizza had closed. I cannot think of one bad thing about our experience with this property. We highly reccommend it and hope to return again!

We had a great time at the Emerald Coast Retreat! The pictures do not do this home justice. It was super comfortable and felt MUCH bigger than 5 bedrooms. My family, my sisters', and my parents came with us- everyone raved about the accomadations. The beach was just a short walk away. The community pool was LITERALLY right next store- it was great! We had plenty of room to gather as a group and enough space to go to our separate quarters and relax. They have everything you could ask for- even a high chair! I wish I would have asked before I brought ours. It was a wonderful vacation and we hope to go back again!
