This lovely property is ideally situated on the Regal Palms Resort, where you can relax and have fun when you are not at the parks.
The house is at quiet location with front view of pond park and rear lawn.
The facilities are so good here, you may have trouble persuading the family to go anywhere else!
The Property:
This townhouse is the perfect place for the family to stay. You are close to all the attractions and there is plenty of room for the family as, apart from the facilities of the townhome, you also have the whole of the resort to relax and amuse yourselves in.
Our home has a fully equipped kitchen; including dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, utensils. Master bedroom has a king-size bed, two bedrooms have two twins each. There are two and a half bathrooms, color TV sets (cable) in the living room and all bedrooms, two with DVD. Central air conditioning, washer and dryer, in-room safe. Towels and bed linen are provided. The WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION (WIFI). Please ask for the password at reservation. The main floor has a severe weather shelter, and half bath as well.

There is a Publix Supermarket, bars and restaurants neighboring, and within walking distance of the resort. Disney is about 15 minutes away and Universal is about 10 minutes further down the I4.
Cagans Crossing and Walmart is about a 5 minute drive on the US 27.

Hello, I'm sorry it's taken so long to reply but work has been hectic since we returned. The house was ideal for our needs. Now that our girls are in their teens we find that hotel rooms don't work so well for us. Given that we are an active family we didn't intend to spend long periods "at home" so the townhouse works well, giving us the space and privacy that we needed without the expense of a large villa that we would not benefit from. We didn't spend a great deal of time at the pool area, but the girls went up a couple of times in the evening to cool off after a hot day in the theme parks so the fact that it's open until 11pm was fantastic. The house itself was clean and well maintained and had all the equipment we needed. We had no problems whatsoever throughout our stay. Reception staff were welcoming, efficient and well informed, sharing local knowledge with directions, shopping etc. The location was excellent, we did have some reservations when booking that it might be a little "out of the way" having previously stayed in more central locations, but we need not have worried, and we particularly appreciated the shortcut directions to the parks. Hi Peter. We had the best holiday of our lives in Orlando, and staying in the lovely house in Regal Palms made it quite perfect. The booking process was very easy and we thought you were charming to deal with, the house was even nicer than we thought, and the resort facilities were fabulous. We had the classic scenario of our children asking to get back to the pool at Regal Palms at every theme park, and Ray and I loved having the beach bar where we could acquire a cocktail and sit under the palm trees while the children when down the waterslide multiple times! The local Applebees restaurant was excellent, as was the Publix supermarket, and honestly it was our dream vacation. The staff on Reception were very helpful and efficient, and the Tiki Hut staff were always very amusing! Wealth of wonderful experiences! We actually liked Regal Palms so much that we seriously talked about buying our own townhouse there, and we will definitely be back, so please be prepared for another invasion in about two years' time! The couple who stayed with us for the first three nights also had a blast and want to go back too! Thanks for everything. On arriving we all commented on the neat & tidy appearance of the surroundings around our villa. The villa itself was immaculate & extremely spacious.The facilities were all that an extended family would need for an enjoyable holiday in Florida. We would definitely reccomend it to all. More... ·

"Disney/ Regal Palms Vacation" We loved the townhouse at Regal Palms. Traveling with older parents and a 4 year child, there was something for everything for everyone at Regal Palms. The townhouse was super clean and very spacious, and the owners were attentive but not overly imposing. The only recommendation would be to provide at least coffee supplies and filters, otherwise perfect for the 5 of us!
