Spend the afternoons soaking up sun from the private fenced pool or at the ocean, 3 short blocks away. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Southern Shores, the house is huge (4200 square feet) with great artwork, ceiling fans, cathedral ceilings, skylights, tile, and carpeting throughout.
The 5 bedroom home has 2 dining areas as well as 2 living areas on the 2nd floor and a recreation room and large screen TV downstairs. Additionally there is a sun room and large wrap around deck overlooking the private pool and large deck area. All decks and pool areas are furnished. If you must work, free Internet access is provided; bring a laptop!
The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances added in 2008 and has 2 ovens, a pantry and a freezer in the laundry room. DW, MW and other small appliances also provided.
