Our beautiful corner PH villa with panoramic mountain views features three bedrooms and two elegant bathrooms, just 25 minutes from San Juan airport. Enjoy several of our nearby beaches, or just walk downstairs to the pool, gymnasium, basketball court or children’s play area. Some of the best golf courses in the island are a few blocks away. BBQ your dinner at our private rooftop terrace, sample the many culinary options of the restaurants in the area, or simply order take out. Our villa can comfortably accommodate six adults; it features a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a full sized bed in the second bedroom and a full-sized futon in the third bedroom. We offer air conditioning and ceiling fans in every bedroom, cable TV, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and two assigned parking spaces.

  • We stayed at Figamar April 23-26 2009. In all my communications with Daniel prior to booking, booking and actually staying in the unit he was very helpful, professional and organized. He has thought thru the rental procedure and has made it very easy to rent. Daniel met us at the unit and went over all the amenities of the penthouse. He also directed us to local shopping areas, beaches and restaurants. He was very helpful and was just a phone call away if we had any questions or problems. It is ideal for 3 couples travelling together. The covered rooftop patio is an excellent place to view the country side and mountains and to unwind. The bedrooms have AC which we found to be beneficial as we were not use to the warm springtime Puerto Rican weather. The exercise room was just downstairs and the pool was just 50 feet away and could be seen from the rooftop patio. We parked directly in front of the unit. Daniel had extra towels and a cooler for beach use that we took advantage of. We were also able to use our laptop to access the internet as he has a wireless network in the living room (all bars solid). The only downside we found was carrying our suitcases up to the third floor, the price you pay for staying in a penthouse. Actually, Daniel carried mine and gravity helped a lot when we departed. I would definitely recommend renting this unit as it is an excellent price and a good location for exploring Puerto Rico and its mountains and beaches.
