Great NEW furnishings. Comfortably cool inside, nice and hot on the beach. Pillowtop deep pocket mattresses, 400 thread count sheets. Plush sofa and loveseat. Our third floor cornered balcony gets flow through breezes. We just closed 4/30/09 on this gorgeously decorated condo. The sun moon stained glass window and lovely hand painted mural are exceptional. Vaulted bedrooms and great room. Nautibeach #23 is asked for repeatedly. Fall in love with Isla, we did.

View our new pool and swim up bar directly in front of condo. Enjoy the sunset from our top floor balcony. Watch for the "Green Flash." It's real!

Dig your toes in the white sugar sand beach. Build a dream sand castle. Relax and enjoy the ebb and flow in this eclectic town. Make new friends playing beach volleyball or soccer. No need for a car. Mosey 2 blocks to town. Nightly street dancers and musicians, etc. on Hidalgo Calle, (restaurant row) for foot traffic only.

Experience artsy Isla, with it's European flavor, International cuisine and small town prices, just half a 15 minute ferry ride from Cancun. This 5 mile long island compares and shines versus Cayman, Barbados, St.Martin and other Carib destinations. We have all the amenities with half the cost.

Our spectacular on-site restaurant Sunsets Grill features awesome salads to Thai Chicken, this chef knows what he is doing. Romantic beach dinners with live music at....Sunsets Grill. Olivia's chef prepared fresh mediterranean daily. Try their tapas, unbelievable! Asia Cuisine offers fresh spring rolls and curries so good you'll lick the plate. Eat the $1.50 mixed seafood taco at San Cocho. WOW!

Isla Mujeres is the only place in the world to snorkel with the whale sharks. Safe and scary! Snorkel Garrafon and Lighthouse Reef. Dive a wreck. Set sail or reel in barracuda, red snapper or maybe a marlin or sailfish. Home of a world renowned marlin contest.

Visit Isla Contoy, wildlife preserve. Tool around the island on golf carts. Shop for islander made souvenirs, paintings, etc. Grocery store, shopping, dancing, exploring, learning.   • Beachfront: Directly on the white sugar sand beach. Lounge chairs and umbrellas. Jog or walk > mile. Shallow swimming in clear clean water. It is very safe here and easy to walk in and out of the surf. Acres of waist deep water to play in.

  • Cell Phone: free local calls to Donna for concierge help. Buy additional minutes for $5-$10 at any mart.

You will not be able to use the services of the onsite "rental office". Your reality will be personal service in a more well kept condo. This is a 3rd floor walk up, 2 units from the staircase.

  • The condo is wonderful and comfortable. There were 2 of us but we didn't use the 2nd bedroom. The view out the balcony to the pool and the beach and ocean beyond is wonderful. The kitchenette was all we needed for breakfast and snacks every day. Donna, your property manager was the best and always available by email, even by skype when we had to call her once. We had the place to ourselves, mostly, as this was low season (late August/2009) and only a few condos were rented or occupied. The local eateries that people recommended to us were safe and delicioso. We walked everywhere because it was just too easy. Didn't need a golf cart, never took a taxi. I have never put my feet on sand this soft or waded almost 1/3 mile out into the water and still be waist deep. How nice. Would definitely come back!!! The condo and complex is very beautiful, and private and quiet, yet not even 3 minute walk to the so called downtown area. Best of both worlds. Thank you.

  • GREAT place - could not be more kid friendly. From the beach to the unit to the locals and the property manager a very easy vacation. Very comfortable, great location, amazing views. We will definatley be back.
