I stayed here for a week on business, the place is a half block from a grocery store, pizza shop, 3 or 4 bars, and like 10 restaurants. Its also about 3 blocks from the N,Q,R and the 4,5,and 6 and madison square park and the flatiron building are right there as well. The shake shack in MSP is to die for. Overall this place has it all. Great deal and stay!!!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

The description is very accurate: this is a great location, close to subways and many NY attractions. Six of us stayed in the apartment, which was recently remodeled, everything was new, clean, very well maintained, creative and friendly taste in the decor. I would use this location again in future NY visits and my all means recommend it.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We were staying here at the end of March 2010. Cozy apartment, excellent location, close to everything. Flat was just "refreshed" before our arrival with new furniture, paint... Everything was brand new and very clean. Close to it, at 29th street and Park ave is "Bread & Butter " deli opened 24h with delicious food. Would recommend :) Tihana & Radek
