Welcome to beautiful Gulf Shores. This home is on a very special large lot, you can view the entire lagoon & the ocean. The sunsets & sunrises are breath taking to say the least. The pool is elevated to deck level . This home also has a covered porch on all sides.
This is a large home & is all on one floor, the kitchen & living area is 30X30 & can seat 14 people at meal time. The bedrooms include one king in the master & three queen bedrooms also there is a bunk room with 4 singles, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room if needed. This is a well equipped kitchen with two refrigerators with ice makers as well as a ice machine, D/W, all granite counter tops, the entire kitchen and living area have European porcelain tie floors and carpet in the bedrooms,
There is a large flat screen TV in the living room and a TV in all bedrooms as well as DVD players, included is wireless Internet and Free long distance calling. Also an aluminum boat.(NON SMOKING HOME)
In our area we are truly blessed, From our sugar white beaches to the warm Gulf waters which provide great local fishing and fresh seafood to local restaurants , We have a new shopping mall including Target, Books a Million and Long Horn steak house will open soon as well as many more. The Tanger outlet center in Foley with over 130 stores, Also the new mall on I-10 in Malbis and a newly opened Bass Pro Shop. You could literally shop until you drop.
There are 10 beautiful Golf courses. A water park and amusement parks. Many Marinas for off shore and inshore fishing, The Bon Secour wildlife Refuge ,Our zoo that was on nation wide TV last year. And a friendly small town atmosphere. There are just so many things to do in our area . COME RELAX AND ENJOY!
