This pleasant and functional house is characterized by absolute calm and quiet, but also stands close to the village (15min by a beautiful road along beaches), to the small airport (3min) and to the waterfall of “El Limon” (10min). Details: The villa “Los Parques” can accommodate from 4 to 10 people with superior comfort: bioconditioned house, fans in all 5 rooms (2 double, 1 single (with possible extra bed) and 2 with two single beds), drinking water (private 100ft well), 3 bathrooms with WC and shower, warm (gas-heated) water, generator, bi-current 110/220V, refrigerator, large stainless steel cooker and stove, electrical appliances (toaster, coffee machine, blender), washing machine, dresser, hi-fi system, barbecue, Internet high-speed access (and Wifi), alarm, house guard with his own bungalow within the property, cleaning lady every morning on weekdays, etc… A place of perfect peace, the villa “Los Parques ' will let you enjoy the calm of its tropical garden, its large swimming pool and the gorgeous beaches only 800 meters away, or “Bibou’s” tennis club (600m).
