  Large condo, great decor, full size kitchen, fully equipped with all the practical features, like wireless internet. The area is very nice, quiet with many activities just a quick bike or walk away. Great getaway. Highly recommend!

  Wonderfully appointed condo and excellent location. There's everything you need and more to enjoy that home-away-from-home experience; wireless internet, TV’s in each room, nice size kitchen, ample supplies for cooking and dining. No skimping here, these owners present you with exactly what you see in the images. We enjoyed it tremendously and recommend it highly!

  Perfect location to walk or ride bike to the beach and right next to Rosemary. Condo itself is spacious and fully equipped kitchen, the washer and dryer really came in handy with two children. Owners were very kind and booking was seamless. We had a great experience, found it to be a wonderful location and enjoyed our time at this beach. Couldn't have asked for nicer weather either!

  We were in town for a family wedding and had a great stay here. It was unseasonably warm so we were able to sunbathe and enjoy the heated pools, something we didn’t think we’d be able to do when we planned our trip – an added bonus. The condo was perfect for a family of five. It was clean, comfortable, very tastefully decorated. The Rosemary Beach area is very nice and had shops to browse in. There's a Publix grocery store within easy driving distance--which was a plus with having a full size kitchen to use. The beach was an easy walk and lovely given the great weather and cool breezes. Highly recommend. We would surely stay again!

  Luxury beach house, yet very practical for a family with active children. Home is so charming, we were just thrilled upon arriving and really enjoyed our stay. Owners maintain a lovely home and we appreciated the opportunity to enjoy it for our family getaway.

  This home is exactly as it’s represented; stunning! We enjoyed a full week of beautiful weather, playing on the beach (which is easily accessible from the home), bike riding, fishing, golfing, relaxing and enjoying this amazing home and the community amenities. It was a little slice of heaven and we can’t wait to return!

  Our two families (4 adults, 6 kids) vacationed in this beautiful home and we all loved it. We rented in this community before but this one was by far the most spacious and well-appointed. The decor is elegant, yet fun and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen, additional private bathrooms, and the kids loved the bunk beds. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this lovely home.

  We were thrilled with this home; its beautiful furnishings, features and amenities. It’s a very large home and comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults and 4 children with plenty of room to spare. The house was within easy walking distance to the beach and is situated in the very serene and picturesque community of WaterSound. The community pool and clubhouse were really fantastic too. We couldn’t have asked for more in a rental home. It was really lovely and we had a great time here.

  We just returned from spending Christmas and New Years at your home in WaterSound and haven't stopped talking about it yet. We had several friends and family members visit throughout our stay and they unanimously agree the home and resort are second to none. We had a truly wonderful time. The home is beautiful... even better than the photos.... and was such a perfect fit for our family! We did lots of entertaining and found the kitchen/family room to exceedingly accomodating.   Our family stayed at this beautiful house in May 2011 and had a wonderful vacation! The house is not only gorgeous but it's spacious, warm and comfortable and furnished with the perfect blend of elegant yet casual beach decor. The location is also great as the house is situated on a very quite street with no other houses on either side and a park directly across the street!
