This 3 story home has awesome beach views and is only a 6-8 minute walk to the ocean. Enjoy the privacy of this gated community on the south side of 30A.
Great Room:
The great room has a 42 inch high def LCD TV and surround. After a day at the beach come back and enjoy a cook out.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and high end appliances. Subzero refrigerator, Wolf gas oven, and Bosch dishwasher. The laundry room also has an Asko Washer and Dryer.
The Bedrooms have:
3 King Bedrooms
1 bunk bedroom with two sets of bunks.
All bedrooms will have LCD TV's. including a 37 inch HD in one of the owners suites. Each bedroom also has their own private bath.

We just returned from spending Christmas and New Years at your home in WaterSound and haven't stopped talking about it yet. We had several friends and family members visit throughout our stay and they unanimously agree the home and resort are second to none. We had a truly wonderful time. Our family stayed at this beautiful house in May 2011 and had a wonderful vacation! The house is not only gorgeous but it's spacious, warm and comfortable and furnished with the perfect blend of elegant yet casual beach decor. The location is also great as the house is situated on a very quite street with no other houses on either side and a park directly across the street!

We had a fabulous week at 67 Salt Box in WaterSound. The house was spacious and absolutely beautiful. We had our family of 6 and 2 more visitors came and went, and we could not have found a better home. The decor is peaceful and elegant, and extremely spacious. The location was quiet, and yet in a wonderful neighborhood. All the porches were appreciated! There is an Executive golf course putting green and park within a block. We stayed at 67 Salt Box Lane last year with friends, and without a doubt it was the best vacation we ever took. The kids all loved the proximity to the beach, and the parents loved relaxing and enjoying the lovely surroundnigs.
