The cottage was purchased and remodeled in 2008. Troy and Kirsten have always loved Livingston and wanted a place for their 'mini vacations' from Bozeman. The house was remodeled with the environment in mind using green and reclaimed materials. Troy has been a stone mason for over 20 years and is responsible for the stonework that makes the cottage extra charming. Kirsten and Troy have traveled extensively and have filled the cottage with all of the things that they have found make their travels easier. You will love this place!

This was my first booking through VRBO and while a little hesitant (was deciding between this and the Murray hotel) I am SO glad that we booked this cottage. It's super cute, modern, well-maintained, decorated well and has all the comforts you need away from home. It's a lot bigger than the picture shows! There's a whole back side to the house and two decks (one on the right side and one behind the house). It is in a little residential area a few blocks from the main road that goes through town. Easy to walk everywhere. I would definitely recommend it. Book it and enjoy!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We spent four nights at the Callendar Street Cottage. It is a great place with great space for cooking and entertaining. But it is also very close to downtown and all the fun things Livingston has to offer. We loved the outdoor grill and our dogs loved the fenced yard, which made it very enjoyable to be at the cottage--it felt a lot like home. It is quiet, clean, and each detail is well thought-out. I own and operate a fly fishing guide service in the area and this place will soon become a favorite of my fishing clients, my friends and family, and other guests.

My family and I just got back from a week stay in Livingsotn. we stayed at Callender Street Cottage, and it was just perfect. Cottage is beautifully done has all the amenities you could need, close to everything. Pet friendly and there is a great dog park not far that our german shepherd just loved. The owners are very helpful, had a lovely vase of wild and sun flowers wating for us upon arrival and also a basket filled with goodies and info on all the things to do in Livingston , Yellowstone and surrounding areas. Very quiet ,great patio and gas bar-b-que grill. We had a great time. Would highly recommend it and plan to stay there again. Susan Nelson
