"Romantica" is a charming historic cottage situated in the heart of Hope Town, with breathtaking views of the Hope Town Harbour and candy stripped lighthouse.
Located on the main floor is an open living, dining and kitchen area, with a door leading to an inviting covered deck.
Also situated on the main floor are two bedrooms, one with a single bed with pull out trundle and the other with a double bed.
A staircase leads to a sitting area with a recessed window seat. Upstairs the master bedroom features a king sized bed and the guest room has a double bed. Both upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom.
Romantica also comes with a dock slip.
Terms: Reservations are held with a 50% deposit. Balance due 60 days before arrival. Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival - full deposit refunded, less 10% to cover bank charges etc.
Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival and we are able to book the house for those dates - full deposit refunded less 10%.
Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival and we are not able to book the house for those dates - deposit forfeited.
Check-in time is 3 pm day of arrival. Check-out time is 9.30 am day of departure.
