STUNNING HOME IN BERMUDA BAY! This beautiful home offers 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and sleeps a maximum of 12. The main level (2nd floor) features a spacious open floor plan living area with dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Sliding doors from the living room lead to a balcony overlooking the canal. There are 2 master suites on this level each with a queen sized bed and attached full bath. The 3rd floor loft style level has 2 twin beds and a full bath. The lower (ground) level has its own living room, dining area and full kitchen along with 2 bedrooms - one with a queen sized bed and one with 2 twin beds plus 1 full bath. Sliding doors off of the lower level living room to a covered patio overlooking the canal. The home also has a queen sized sleeper sofa. 2 sets of washer/dryer, full kitchens feature icemaker, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, coffee pot. There are 7 TVs and ceiling fans throughout. Concrete driveway, 2 car garage, outside shower, and grill. Pets allowed winter only under 25 pounds. May rent up, down, or whole house.
Amenities include: private gated ocean front parking for golf cart or your car. TWO VERY nice pools (one is open all year). Lighted tennis courts, baseball/softball field, basketball court, million-dollar community center, lakes stocked for fishing, biking, strolling on the beach and much more.
