This property far exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly as described and depicted in the pictures. Our family truly enjoyed the safe and clean home we stayed in. We haven't stopped talking about Paradise Palms. I've told family and friends and they've looked on the site and are preparing to book their next vacation here. Thank you for being true to the descriptions of your property. We shared the home with friends and had more than enough space.

Hi Sue, Yes, we had a great Christmas and a wonderful vacation. Your home at Paradise Palms was extremely nice. We appreciated the large bedrooms and spaciousness of the entire home. It was perfect for our needs, especially when we had a 17 month old along with us. So happy to have had the use of the baby crib. We ended up renting a high chair from Scandi Florida. We also appreciated the wireless internet so we could check our emails, etc. Your home is in a very quiet area and located so close to Disney that we could bring the baby back for his afternoon sleep and then return to Disney after his sleep. The kitchen was very well-equiped. Thank you so very much for the use of your beautiful Florida home. We very much appreciate all that you have done for us on such short notice. We will definitely recommend you to others and the next time we vacation in Orlando we will for sure contact you in hopes to rent your home again. Sincerely, Bev & Shawn

Hi Sue - I just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. We did not want to leave to go back home. Your home was awesome in every way and we so want to come back. We will try maybe next year, but I'm afraid it may have to wait another year due to finances. The service was great with Scandi - if there was any problems at all, they acted on it immediately. we will highly recommend your homes to others and hope to return sooner rather than later. ps. - the pool temp was great!!

The Best rental ever

Hi Sue, We are home now but I want to tell you it was one our most memorable vacation's ever. Your vacation home was perfect for our family. It was everything we had hoped it would be to accommodate our family Thanksgiving gathering. Thanks for sharing. The gated community is excellent and offers so many amenities. The grounds are clean, neat, and well maintained. We well surely use it again if we travel to the area. Have a Merry Christmas.

Truly Paradise

We just spent a glorious 9 days in Paradise Palms. The home was spectacular ! The ONLY complaint we had was that there were no hooks in the bathrooms. The home was extremely clean and beautiful. We vacationed in the middle of May and what a great time to visit Florida. No long lines at the Parks and we had the pool complex almost exclusively to ourselves. We feel we were centrally located to all the Disney Attractions and International Drive and only about 30 minutes from the airport. We would definitely stay here again. The owner and management company were very easy to work with.

Our family of 4 just returned from our trip to Florida ~ 4 nights Tampa, 3 nights Orlando. After spending 4 nights with in-laws in a cramped 2 bedroom condo it was wonderful to have room for all of us to stretch out & have our own rooms. The townhouse was very clean, well decorated, spacious & conveniently located. Nice facilities in the community (pool was very cold but the nights had been down in the 30s). I would definitely recommend this place to other! Can't beat the price & space you get compared to staying on Disney Properties!

My wife and I (plus 5 kids ranging from 1 month to 10 yo) plus my parents had a great stay at this beautiful townhouse. We usually go with Villadirect each year, but this was much nicer and a better deal/value. Everything was provided, and the amenities top notch. My wife and parents are very picky about cleanliness and style, and this rental exceeded their expectations. I was a little nervous at first about the rental process, but it was easy working with the on-site property management to make the reservation and pickup the keys. We were looking for a spot near SeaWorld and to not too far from Busch Gardens - this one was in a great spot for our needs. The owner was very helpful and pleasant in answering all of our questions.

Despite the unusual weather last week (some parts of Florida received over 23 inches of rain), we made the most of it and had a wonderful time. Fortunately, we have been to Disneyworld many times so we didn't feel like we missed anything. Thank goodness we stayed in your lovely home. There was more than enough room for the six of us. With the weather we had, I can't imagine being cooped up in a hotel room. The six of us (all adults) had more than enough room and never felt like we were on top of each other. My children thought the house was awesomel. Also, just thought you might like to know your home is very well built. Considering we were getting between 3-5 inches of rain per day, your home did not leak, flood or anything like that. You made the reservation process very easy and I would definitely stay again. My husband and I wanted to go to Orlando for a mini honeymoon which is part 2! I asked my sister about where she stayed and she gave me this place and totally recommended it. It was awesome and so beautiful and warm as home it felt like the Presidential Suite to us with enough room to move and have personal space at the same time. The front desk customer service was awesome and friendly. The pool was amazing and so fun with the waterfall and sprinkles. I could go on and on but I have to just say go see for yourself & Thank you to you the owner and to my sister. Thank you for the honeymoon gift that was sent to my husband and I. It was our 3month anniversary & we celebrated it with other family members!

We stayed in this very new property during Easter 2009. There were 6 people in total and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The amenities within the house were second to none and the site facilities were also very good with all staff being extremely helpful. The location was good and there were many restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes drive. I would definately recommend this house to anyone visiting Orlando.

FABULOUS! FANTASTIC! This was hands down the BEST place we have stayed in while visiting Disney. VERY clean, neat, modern, convenient-EVERYTHING! The owner is PERFECT and I have already recommended at least 30-40 people to this exact home. Ms. Sue (the owner) made the process easy, very simple and I will stay in this home EVERY time I go to Orlando! :) The kids LOVED the pool area and having their own TV in their room. I spent a lot of money at Disney but while we were in the park, they kept asking, "when do we get to go back to the house". It is in the perfect location. Thanks for such a wonderful and pleasant home!
