Renters will recieve parking pass for beach so Caretaker at community beach house can accommodate them. At Beachhouse on water is kitchen with dining for water view, many families bring dinners there for dining in upstairs dining tables to watch the sun go down over the City.

- The town of Locust Valley is known for it's quaint specialty shops, antiques, interior Design and there is a train to New York City. Our community is private and we all share a house on the beach together with a summer caretaker. The house on the beach has lockers, bathrooms, showers, lounge chairs, volleyball, BBQ, kitchen and dining tables, bay side for boating and fishing and ocean side with swim dock and life guard. A bird sanctuary is connected to the beach and is great for a flat hike. All houses are on 2 acre parcels and has many old trees and plants from the former estate. Books have been written about this area and it has been named the Gold Coast of Long Island. Much history in old mansions of the Vanderbuilts, J.P. Morgans, and others. Great alternative to the Hamptons!
