Kaha Lani means "heavenly place". The Kaha Lani, located on Kauai's Eastern shore, it is "THE MOST BEAUTIFUL REAL ESTATE IN THE WORLD". "YOU ABSOLUTELY WILL LOVE IT THERE". "ONE OF A KIND'," A SHANGRALA IN A VERY SPECIAL PLACE".
As you approach the Kaha Lani you see the beautiful architecture. The Bali style structures (large pole and large eves) have a beautiful presence in their natural setting. Surrounded by tropical green and open space, the Kaha Lani is like no other on Kauai. This unique surrounding creates a quiet and peaceful setting- very tranquil. To the north of the Kaha Lani is Lydgate, an oceanfront State Park with (2) sheltered lagoons which have beautiful fish and ocean life. They are perfect for snorkeling and swimming. There are many picnic areas at Lydgate. This is a short walk from the Kaha Lani about (5-7)minutes or you can use the bike path. And next door to the south is Wailua Golf Course, rated one of the top municipal golf courses in the nation. This beautiful course is within walking distance and creates another natural buffer to the Kaha Lani.
Walking into our fully self contained 2nd floor end unit condominium, you will be in awe @ the spectacular breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, just a few steps in front of you, unspoiled. Our condo is one of the closest to the ocean, with incredible panoramas that encompass Waiula Bay to the North and as far South as one can see. The living room and dining room open to a spacious lanai where it is great to enjoy a stunning early morning sunrise, sound of the ocean, whales and dolphins (during winter months) while feeling gentle trade winds and having a morning cup of coffee or tea. One can take a meal in the dining area and be in awe with the beauty of the views as far north as Waiula Bay. The living room area is comfortable and good sized. It has a Murphy Bed for those that want to sleep a little closer to the ocean. With the patio doors ajar the sound of the waves and feeling the night trade winds will cradle you to sleep. The views here are spectacular. Just across the grass to the ocean, just a stones throw away, you will have miles of unspoiled beaches to walk on and enjoy.
The Kaha Lani is located on Kauai's Eastside coastline of the Coconut Coast and is centrally located. This location is perfect for exploring the island. Just a little further north of Lydgate State Park is Kamalani Playground and Kamalani Bridge, a great community-built playground for children. A world surfing spot "Kitchens" is just south of the Kaha Lani; going north you find the world class waves at Tunnels Beach. You can walk miles of majestic unspoiled beaches from your condo and truly experience your home away from home.
While experiencing the tranquility of the Kaha Lani one is not to far from excellent restaurants like the Eastside Cafe in Kapaa, shopping, and many sites that offer everything from Yoga to Massage to outings. There is no location like this location......for a variety of reasons. You are close to everything, and have the view of views. I would give this unit the highest of recommendations.

We have been coming to the Kaha Lani for the last four years and make it a point to stay in this condo. Each year always seems to excede our expectations. As always the condo is so welcoming when youopen the front door. You just set your luggage down walk to the lanai and enjoy the breathing taking view. The comfort inside the unit from the beds to the living room is all on the plus side. If you enjoy cooking you are in for a treat with this fully equipped kitchen, if you want to eat out you are only a few miles from some great eating places. The pictures really don't do this special place in paradise justice. The new owners could not be more gracious and accomadating to our needs. With the new owners vision for the condo we look forward to our next stay. Mahalo!
