This beautiful, one bedroom apartment is right in the middle of all the action in San Clemente. Located one block across from the pier and just blocks from the great restaurants and quaint shops in the village, you can sit out on your large deck watching the waves and gorgeous sunsets while barbequing your favorite meal.
The unit has been recently upgraded with new paint and carpet and new, very comfortable queen beds. All linens and kitchen supplies are provided as well as extended cable. Wireless internet can be ordered, if needed.
Activities in the pier area are many and diverse, especially for families. Catch the train at the pier for an exciting trip to the races or a day in San Diego.
Rates: Summer....$1,300/week.
Winter....$800/week & $1,500/month.
