Beautiful waterfront home in east Deerfield Beach. Home is completely furnished including linens, silverware, beach towels, pool floats, and everything you would expect in a home. Large living room with 20' sliding doors that open to pool and dock area for great breeze and views. Private pool area offers great sunny exposure and plenty of privacy at the same time. Enjoy cocktails around the pool or out on the dock/ deck overlooking the canal. Large Gourmet kitchen. Master bedroom has a King bed, guest bedroom has a Queen bed. Master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub and steam shower. Home has three full baths. This is strictly a NON-SMOKING and NO PETS property.
Beautiful beach is only a mile away. House is east of US1 right off the Kingfisher canal and just south of "The Cove" waterfront restaurant. Excellent restaurants and shopping in Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton, and Lighthouse Point are all close by. Only 20 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale airport, 30 minutes to West Palm Beach, or 45 minutes to Miami airport.
January, February, March, April 2012 rates $225 -$350 per night.

Why the Owner Chose Deerfield Beach
Waterfront. 90' of space on a wide deep water canal in the backyard that leads right out to the Intracoastal waterway. You can be in the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean in 15 minutes from my dock for great scuba diving and fishing. Daily boat rentals and Jet Skis are available close by for day cruising.
The Unique Benefits at this House
House is spacious and open. Master Bath is like a mini spa with whirlpool tub and steam shower. Tropical landscaping. Great east location that is close to everything, yet quiet and private at the same time. Great patio and deck/dock with gas grill for outdoor dining. Very Large kitchen. Large screen plasma TV with surround sound is great for movies or any sporting event.

I travel every chance I get. This picture is from a shark diving trip in the Bahamas. What a blast. I am an avid skier, diver, cyclist, and have a passion for great wines. I would consider swapping properties for a ski condo in Colorado or Utah during the winter, or a place in Napa Valley anytime of the year. I would also consider a summer swap in Italy, France, Austria, Croatia or anywhere in Europe with great bicycle paths.

We had a wonderful vacation here! The owner was very accommodating. This place was so clean, luxurious and had everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The layout of the home surrounding the pool provides great views of the tropical backyard from every room. The inside is spacious with beautiful bedrooms, and an amazing kitchen. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to stores, restaurants and the beach. We didn't want to leave!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in your home. The layout was perfect, bedrooms on one side of the home and kitchen on the other side (U shape). We spent a majority of our time poolside, great views of the canal and boats, nothing like home in Oregon. The kitchen was spectacular with everything you could possibly need. We enjoy BBQ so most of our meals were outside but the dining table is large enough for a family and guests. We enjoyed the large plasma television and surround sound, we especially enjoyed the music selection, excellent! The pool is perfect size for two or a family and the landscaping in the back was my favorite. Lots of privacy and beauty. We will definitely come back.

My husband and I stayed here the beginning of May. The house was excellent from the landscaping to the pool. Everything we needed was here and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. The kitchen and dining room is beautiful. We would recommend this house to anyone.

I can't speak highly enough about our stay here. The owner was exceedingly thoughtful in helping to plan activities and recommended restaurants in the area. We needed his advice during our stay and he answered the phone immediately and took the necessary time to assist us. The house was immaculate - an idyllic setting for rest and relaxation. The kitchen is a dream - as is the home entertainment setup. Deerfield Beach is a wonderful location to visit the south Florida coast. Stay here and have a wonderful time!

This house is amazing. It has everything we needed/wanted, and was more luxurious than we expected. It is located in a very quiet area and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Our group included a husband and wife and two young adult/older teens. We were looking for a place to get away and relax and this is the perfect spot. The owner was very helpful. We look forward to coming back.

We stayed for a week on vacation March 14-20 and everything was wonderful. The house is very modern and has all of the amenities. The big screen TV and audio system were great. The kitchen had everything we needed and top notch appliances and counter tops. The pool area was awesome and had the perfect amount of privacy and sun. The master bathroom was exquisite and the steam shower and whirlpool bath were so very relaxing. The location was excellent and close to shopping and the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

great house neat, clean, killer kitchen..love the location quiet, water views from all rooms..nic outdoor pool..indoor pool table..stayed there two times..willl go back..nice family beach 5 mins away..much less traffic then fort laderdale..with all the action just down the road..highly recomend..rented many times in fort laderdale..one of the best..and we are very picky..
