This gorgeous Mediterranean style brand new villa is located in the new luxury gated condominium complex of Sirenusa. The Villa boasts a breathtaking panoramic view of Pillsbury Sound, St. Thomas, and many of the surrounding Cays during the day, magnificent colorful sunsets every evening, followed by the romantic twinkling of faraway island lights at night. The Villa is immaculately maintained, professionally decorated and furnished, and exquisitely appointed. There are marble floors throughout every room; all bathrooms are designed in marble with state-of-the-art fixtures and detailing. The gourmet kitchen is fully supplied to make meal preparation and entertaining an enjoyable success. Dine at the imported granite dining room table which accommodates 8 inside, or if you prefer, you may dine on the private outdoor terrace, which also seats 8. This Positano Villa also has a wonderful step-down living room with gorgeous views and comfy but elegant furnishings. The TV is located in the living room.
This villa has a magnificent master king bedroom suite with jacuzzi and shower. A second master suite has a queen bed and private bathroom with shower. The third master suite is currently designed to be used as either a "den" or as a bedroom with a convertible queen sofa-bed. Again, this bedroom has its own private bath.
All sheets, towels, coolers, beach chairs are supplied. Laundry room is complete with brand new washer and dryer.
Renters may wish to cook at home, cater in, or choose to dine at any one of the fabulous restaurants located on the island of St. John. The front courtyard provides the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding against the backdrop of Caribbean ocean views. This Villa truly is elegant, warm and inviting. Your home is magnificent. Clean, beautifully decorated and close to the most magnificent beaches in the world. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your Villa Positano and plan on returning again next year. Restaurants we enjoyed thoroughly were "Asolare", "Lime Inn", and beaches we LOVED were most especially Trunk Bay and Francis Bay. Your home was warm, welcoming, filled with all amenities, had the most magnificent views from way up high on the mountaintop, and the most peaceful evening star filled nights we've ever seen. We WILL be back. Thank you for your unbelievable hospitality and warmth.
