The Living Room is decorated in a tropical theme with 2-Full size sofa's. There are also, two comfy swivel chairs to relax and enjoy a movie on the AWESOME 55" HD FLAT SCREEN TV and DVR or listen to the sound of the Gulf of Mexico! A desk with Free High Speed Wireless Internet Service, and a play table and chairs for children.
The Master Suite has a King Size bed, private entrance to the Balcony, Flat Screen HD TV, large closet and Private Bath. The Guest Suite is a 2nd master and has a King Size Bed, TV with DVR, large closet and full Private Bathroom. The Third Bedroom features 2 Sets-of TWIN BUNK BEDS, with a Futon on the bottom that opens to a full size bed and wall mounted TV with DVR. There is also a Bed Height Queen Inflatable Mattress for the extra family members .The Third bathroom is in the hall/foyer.

This was the perfect condo for our getaway! The location just can't be beat- my family has gone to Destin in years past, but Ft. Walton Beach has the same beautiful beaches, great restaurants and shopping, and is far less-crowded than neighboring Destin! We enjoyed the layout and updated decor of this unit. It had everything we needed and more! And the balcony was awesome- when we didn't have our toes in the sand we were enjoying the views of the beach from the comfort of the balcony. We'll definitely be back!!!

My brother invited us to come attend his Air Force Retirement Ceremony and we were overwhelmed with emotions and honor to be there for him. Eglin Air Base was not far away and the museum was amazing. The condo was just the perfect place for our gathering. It's was so comfortable, warm, very inviting, and was very sad to leave. Coming from upstate New York in February was a Blessing. I highly recommend this place as a fantastic getaway for a big family/reunion any season of the year-We missed watching the 5 dolphins swimming in the gulf just off our balcony.

My husband and I stayed at this unit in fall of '09 and it was the nicest unit we have stayed in. We have been coming to Destin for 27 years and thought we would give Okaloosa Island a try for the first time and we LOVED it! The master bed was very comfortable (which means alot when you are away from home) and the unit is so open and lots of space. I laid out on the balcony and slept and got lots of sun (amazing for a balcony) view is beautiful. We are definately coming back with friends in 2011 and can't wait to get out of the Ky snow, i wish we were leaving today (2-4" expected!) My only wish is that the 3rd bedroom had a Queen size bed in it instead of bunks.

This rental condo met and exceeded our expectations. My family and I enjoyed every aspect of this home-away-from-home bit of paradise. The space and decor were very pleasant to arrive to, the kitchen and spacious dining space offered us the right atmosphere to enjoy cooking and eating in, and the sleeping accomodations were ample and comfortable for everyone in our party. We will definitely look for this rental condo or a similar vacation rental place for next year.
