Marina at Tahoe City offers sailboat cruises, kayak rental, para-sailing, bike rental. Hikers have nearby access to the Pacific Rim Trail, look-out tower on Mt. Rose. Fishing in Lake Tahoe and the Truckee River.
Excellent location for all Lake Tahoe ski resorts: Mt. Rose, Incline, Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley (40 min.). Cross-country skiing.
