We were very excited for our stay in Property #230503 at The North Beach Plantation in Myrtle Beach. We have visited Myrtle Beach on several occasions, but this would end up being the best trip we have ever had there. The condo is absolutely beautiful!!! The second we entered the condo we were amazed at the decor and the beauty of every room. The view is stunning with a great view of the ocean and the pool area. We were even lucky enough one morning to watch several Dolphins swim around just off the shore. Our girls loved the many board games to play, and absolutly loved the fact that they would each have their own bedroom and bathroom during our stay. We immediately received a call from Kenneth to make sure the accommodations were what we expected and offered to contact him at any time during our trip if we needed anything. That was very unusual and very nice to hear. The entire experience from booking to having the deposit returned was very swift and made very easy by Kenneth. I would highly recommend this property while visiting Myrtle Beach. I know when we return for another Vacation we will booking Property #230503 at North Beach Plantation.

Kenny's "Beach Castle" was over the top. Everything was absolutely perfect. We totally felt that we were spoiled because of all the extras that were provided and the elegant decor of the condo. From our first contact to our final email, Kenny treated us in a warm, friendly and professional manner. We hesitate to recommend this property to anyone else because we want it all for ourselves. To summarize our stay, the condo was gorgeous, the view was breathtaking, and the staff at North Beach Plantation was friendly and very accommodating. I cannot began to say how impressed we were with this condo. My husband and I have stayed at several beachfront condos and this by far, is the NICEST one! This condo is so comfortable yet very high end and luxurious. Every detail has been thought out. Our boys LOVED the indoor lazy river, pool, and hot tub and I highly recommend the Pirate Adventure dinner if you are looking for kid-friendly entertainment. We consider it a huge blessing to have found this place and are already started planning our return. Kenny, the owner was so helpful and very kind. You should definitely keep this condo on the TOP of your list if you are planning a trip to North Myrtle Beach. :))

This vacation property is amazing. Although the photos are nice, they don't convey the true beauty of the property. It is so tastefully decorated with first class furnishing. I stayed mostly in upscale hotels before I had a child. I started renting vacation condos after we had a son. Out of all the condos I stayed in (privately managed or professionally managed), Reece's condo is handsdown the best. It is equipped with Viking appliances (not that I cook during my vacation. LOL). The Biltmore sheets and towels are very comfy. Everything is well organized. The view from the spacious balcony is georgous. Reece called us upon our arrival to check if everything was OK. He is a very pleasant person to do business with. If we go back to Myrble beach in the future, this will be the place for us to stay.

First class accomodations and would highly recommend. I have been using VRBO for about 10 years now and this is the nicest place we have stayed in. Very clean and organized, owner was quick to respond to emails and even followed up when we were there to see if everything was satisfactory. Nice and central to everything in North Myrtle and complex has steak house, spa and work out centre, not to mention countless pools and hot tubs!! We will definitely be back and want to thank Kenny for his outstanding treatment and for sharing his home on the beach!!!

Wow! No words can describe the beauty and grandeur of this elegant condo! The view from the balcony is priceless! We've been going to Myrtle Beach for over 30 years, and this is the absolute BEST place we have ever stayed! Top-of-the-line decor and so many thoughtful touches such as a well-stocked mini-library with hardcover and paperback novels, board games, and even DVD's to watch as time permits. This condo exceeded our expectations and is the reason we will definitely be back in the future! One-of-a-kind sheer elegance; I felt so lucky to be able to stay in such a luxurious place!

We took the plunge and stayed here for 3 weeks. NO regrets. This is such a magnificient place to stay with the owner being so wonderful to communicate with and so easy to make the arrangements. Kenny has thought of everything to make you feel so at home. The views are breathtaking and luxury beyond expectation. We will also, return as we relaxed and had so many things to do and see in the area. The restaurants are many but so nice to find the fresh shrimp and enjoy eating in the condo. The pictures cannot do justice to the property, it is absolutely amazing. It is so nice to walk into a 'spotless' condo and feel comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone but please save a spot for us. Thank you again Kenny for sharing your condo with us.

just wanted to say our stay in this unit was amazing! The condo is immaculate with wonderful amenities and many upgrades. Much nicer unit than what we rented last year through the property directly. It is obvious this is someone's home and not just a rental property. We were very impressed with the contact we had with the owner, he was very organized and had all of our information and keys sent quickly as well as our deposit refund. We were most impressed with his offer to refund our money due to the hurricane arriving. We decided to come and were so glad we did... a wonderful family vacation! We will be back next summer!

A Week in Paradise

Our week long stay at North Beach Plantation was better than we could have imagined. The resort is awesome. The pool area accomadates everyone from the smallest of children to the adults. The condo unit was so luxurious that no one wanted to leave. Kenny has thought of everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable and convenient. This was a very relaxing trip for the entire family. We enjoyed ourselves so much, I am sure we will return to this location. We have been to Myrtle Beach several times, but this is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed (in Myrtle Beach or any other beach). Kenny also made the rental process very easy. Thank you for a great experience.

I can't say enough good things about this condo and the owner. From start to finish the reservation process was easy and any questions were answered. The condo was immaculate and offered everything you need and more. The balcony/view was amazing and all the rooms were decorated beautifully. We will return next year and no doubt will stay in this condo again. Usually after a week away I am ready to go home but not this time, I was sad to leave. Nothing Short of "WOW!"

We recently returned from staying 6 nights at this 3 bed/3 bath condo at North Beach Plantation. The condo was breathtaking in every way....it truly was! Kenny has not left any aspect to chance. The decor and amenities inside the condo are ALL top of the line. Everything is very clean and well maintained...it was almost like we were the first renters of this unit. The photos are all a true depiction of the unit but it really takes your breath away once you arrive and experience it. As a family of five, we cooked several meals a day in the kitchen. With the top of the line appliances and supplies, it actually made cooking the local seafood fun! There were also plenty of variety of restaurants to choose from in the area. Kenny's attention to detail is not only with the property itself, but also the customer service he provides. Having been a first time private rental, he made the experience a re-assuring and enjoyable one. The hardest part of the stay was leaving at the end. We will definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone.

This place is beyond perfect. Since my wife and I retired 5 yrs ago we have been doing a lot of traveling and this was the most perfect place we have ever rented. Luxury beyond words, amenities galore, awesome beach view, and cleanliness to the max. You will not want to leave this condo, just being inside and admiring the fabulous decor is awesome. This condo lacks for nothing. The decor, view, and amenities are all wonderful. The attention to detail will spoil you. You can believe all that is written by the owner about this condo. You really will be treated to luxury! The unit is beautiful, with some of the nicest furniture (including the balcony furniture!) I have ever seen in a condo. The appliances are top-notch, and the kitchen is absolutely fully equipped. Don't bring a thing! The outside storage unit is a great idea and so handy! The owners hand-picked this unit probably from the very beginning as it is so centrally located to the elevator (right at the door!) to the garbage drop to the storage rooms. This is also the quietest unit we have ever stayed in. I'm sure the lack of a crowd helped that (in mid-Oct.), but the clientelle of this building also helps. We'll be back.

We have been going to Myrtle Beach for 40 years and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. The owner is very easy to work with and everything is flawless. We are so spoiled that my family said they are never staying anywhere else. Upscale in every way. Right across the street from Barefoot Landing and some of the best golf courses on the strand. Check it out!

Our stay at the North Beach Plantation room 1804 was absolutely perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated and no ammenities were left out. Top of the line appliances,fine decorating, and a luxurious setting will greet you as soon as you set foot on the property. The pools were amazing, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We have vacationed in North Myrtle Beach in the fall for the last 8 years, and by far this is the nicest place. The little extra attention ( dvd's,board games, books) given to this property makes it number one in my book. We will definitely rent again next year.

The nicest place we have stayed in Myrtle Beach. Everything is top notch including the owner. Everything exactly as advertised. Owner checked on us our first day to be sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We had 4 kids under 3 yrs of age and they had more than enough to do. 6 swimming pools with a swim up bar gives something for everyone. No negatives at all. Owner even supplied a week of excellent weather. Would go back any time.

This property lives up to every part of the description. It is truly the most well appointed property we have stayed in - and we have stayed in some upscale places in our travels. Everything is just as the pictures showed it would be. The owner is very helpful giving specific instructions and information regarding the condo ammenities, storage, as well the beach chair rental - a very nice value and usable touch to this rental property. We have already shared the website with our friends to encourage them to stay with this owner. The ocean view was perfect for dining and viewing. The pools are really nice and for the amount of people on the property there is still plenty of space to swim and play. The properties luxury and location make it ideal for your beach vacation.

This condo is by far the nicest condo in Myrtle Beach (and we have stayed in some nice condos) and the nicest unit in North Beach Plantation. Kenny Reece has thought of everything to make your stay here a luxurious and memorable one. Our family stayed here July 17-24, 2010 and had a fantastic time. My parents rented another condo from North Beach Plantation and my sister and her family also rented a condo from North Beach Plantation. Neither of their condos even came close to the luxuriousness of Kenny Reece's condo (they were jealous). The beds are extremely comfortable (in fact my wife is now saying we need a new bed after getting such a good night sleep each night). The kitchen is extremely well equipped with top of the line Viking Appliances and all the cooking utensils you could ever need. The decorating and furnishings are top notch. The Samsung Flat Screen TV's are amazing. We watched the movie Captain and Commander (which Kenny also provided) on Blue Ray Disc on the Samsung TV and felt like we were there experiencing it it was so real. If you want a truly once in a lifetime vacation then you have to stay here at this condo - Kenny has thought of everything to make your stay here a memorable one (your own personal luggage cart, two chairs and a beach umbrella in the summer time right on the beach, access to his storage area for you to put your rafts and beach chairs, board games, DVD's, etc. for family fun, luxurious towels, and the list goes on). This condo has it all. The owners have supplied you with everything you will need for your vacation. We especially liked the beach umbrella and chairs that are provided for you (set up for you every morning) on the beach during the summer months. The condo is absolutely spotless. You will not find a better view anywhere in Myrtle Beach than from this condo's balcony. Even doing dishes does not seem to be a chore with the amazing view. Definitely hope to return and strongly recommend this unit.

My family and I just completed our vacation 2 weeks ago in this fabulous condo. The Reece's made this process so simple and thought of everything. The condo has very high end finishes, appliances, electronics and the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in on a vacation! The view was excellent and everything is practically brand new and so well cared for. The view from the 18th floor was a beautiful sight to wake up to every morning. The pools and especially the pool bar were great! Pools are from 6", great for toddlers up the 5 ft for the bigger kids to enjoy. The condo is so close to grocery stores and espeically to shops and restaurants. We rarely drove more than 3 miles from our condo all week! We couldn't have asked for a better vacation and a place to spend it! I highly recommend anyone stay here, you will not be disappointed. Thanks!

Our stay at North Beach Plantation was perfect! The pictures of this condo really don’t do it justice. It’s actually much nicer in person and the view… it’s one of the prettiest I’ve seen! Mr. & Mrs. Reece thought of everything. We didn’t lack for anything! The grounds of the resort were also really nice. The pools were great and the beach was nice and quiet. The kids really enjoyed the inlet and marsh area as well! It was the first vacation ever where we weren’t ready to leave. We will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing Mr. & Mrs. Reece. The owner's have spent YEARS creating this exquisite condo! They have immaculate taste. The 55” television is something to see. They offer a play station 3, blue ray, board games and more for your entertainment. Memorial Day thru Labor Day they provide an umbrella and chairs for your enjoyment, no charge. It is located within steps of the elevator, which is very convenient. But don’t worry this place is quiet; you won’t hear a thing outside your room. Please take a minute to see the difference in price from the office to this particular condo. You will notice a SIGNIFICANT difference. The particular time we stayed, we SAVED around $900 by staying at this condo. You may save money, but with the luxury of the condo you can’t tell you saved money! We had the pleasure of meeting the owners before we left. They are so down to earth and they truly want you to enjoy your stay. If you are looking for a luxurious condo at an affordable rate, this is the place!!

Simply put.........this condo is the platinum place to stay in Myrtle Beach. Mr. and Mrs. Reece know excellence and have put it the top of their list on the furnishings of this dream vacation spot. Location is uncomparable and the detail to this unit's decorations excede any description possible. The owners are great communicators and truly want your experience to be unlike any other beach vacation. We have toured Hawaii and much of the Caribbean and stayed at Ritz Carlton's and even Kismet on St John. No place has had the class and grace and comfort of the Reece's condo at NBP. Where do we start in our efforts to accurately express how incredible it is here at this oceanfront property??? There just aren't enough words! But a few come to mind......FLAWLESS, PERFECT, LUXURIOUS, ELEGANT, RELAXING, OCEANFRONT, and BRAND NEW!!! First of all, we are sitting here in the condo gazing at the ocean *NOW* and we were so impressed we decided to post immediately....and yes, even on our vacation! My husband and I are enjoying a week here with our 2 daughters: ages 3 and 7. We will NOT want to go home and return to reality! The owner, Kenny, is extremely kind & attentive. The condo reflects their attention to detail and genuine desire for the renters to feel "comfortable" and at home. The linens and towels are fantastic! The travertine marble floors are so luxurious. The coffered ceiling is dramatic & impressive. The light fixtures and window treatments are rich and inviting. The kitchen is top notch and boasts incredible Viking appliances. The washer & dryer in the kitchen makes vacationing with children a breeze! The view is simply AMAZING. And the balcony is HUGE - we've enjoyed several meals outside with plenty of room for all! The entire property is immaculate & the staff is very friendly. Our daughters are loving all of the pools and the heated, indoor lazy river! Do yourself a favor - make plans to stay HERE. This condo is everything the listing shows and more. Our school break with our kids was perfect as a result. Condo was impressively decorated and extremely clean. All the amenities of home but on the beachfront. Pool area was top-notch and well taken care of daily every morning. Newest and nicest condo complex in MB. Owner could not have been more accomodating to our needs and was totally invested in making sure we were happy. Made the long trip from Maine worthwhile.

I stayed here with my family (wife and our 6 children) from 4/10 through 4/17 and liked it so much I came back 2 weeks later with the fellas for a long golf weekend. The location is great, it is right across from the shops at Barefoot. The condo complex is breathtaking to see when you drive up to it. Kenny's condo is immaculate and he has spared no expense in furnishing it. Everything you need has been thought of...right down to the coffee filters! It is huge, beautiful, plush,...I don't know what else to say, the pictures tell the story. I almost wanted to write a bad review so that nobody would come here and it would always be available for me! We stayed here with 4 other families so we were able to look at the 4 other units. One was a 3 bedroom and the other 2 were 2 bedrooms. The other units were very nice and I would have been happy in any of them but there is no comparison to this unit. Kenny was terrific to deal with and I will be back next year.
