There are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, a one-car garage with driveway, lanai with cozy seating area on a wide greenbelt (perfect for children). The kitchen features granite counters, new appliances, and all the extras. The living room has two relaxing couches, a TV with cable, and DVD Player.
The master suite offers a queen size bed and high quality linens. The master bath has dual sinks, large shower and large shower/tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and a TV with DVD/VCR. The third bedroom can be used as an office or can be converted into a bedroom, with a futon available. Beach toys, chairs, towels, umbrella and boogie boards are all included.
